Dear sir/madam,

I made a payment of ₹500 to Delhi University at 10:41pm on 30th October 2022 as fee for migration certificate. The amount got deducted from my account but the portal shows payment failed. Please approve the application or refund the amount. Please solve this on urgent basis I need the migration certificate on urgent basis.
