Batra Hospital — I am complaining about neglected OPD patients which are shown on behalf of ration card and giving priority to private patients

I am complaining about neglected OPD patients which are shown on behalf of ration card and giving priority to private patients, Me and my mother are waiting for doctor queue for an 2 hours and they didn't notice us and don't call us, even when I am asking for our number they are just ignoring us. They are giving the priority to private patients only.
