Hi i would like to let u all know that the servicea which are regarding nephrology .first our o.p. d card beem made at around 11 am datef 07th june 2016 and then we were told to meet doctor which i needed to get reports checked. As i entered in the room to get the rwports checked where lab that room atenfant informed us that doctor will be comming by 11 30 am which we said kkkk and waited for him to cum.. Again at 11 45 we checked doctor was not in the room and we were infromed that doctor ia cumming. Again we waited for him to cum 12 59 we were called in room saying all rwports are kkkk which again one attendant had told us again to waite for doctor due to doctor has not reaches yet.. If he wants to add any medicine or anything doctor will let ua know ... Still no info that doctor would cum or not still waiting for doctor ...its. 1 18 pm and waiting ...

If somthing can be done pls do let ua know or tell thw doctor to be in hoapital on time as one long q still becoming long... Somthing can be done to cum out with thia situation. Please do ...

With due respect i would like to inform you that i have admitted my wife for getting operated for DNC in this Hospital. But the kind of service they have provided was worst.All the kind of treatment provided by the apprentice who do research on the patients. They even don't know how to inject but still they inject the patients.
So, mine advice that not to refer this hospital.

Dear Sir, I inform you that my wife KRISHNA SAINI is admit in BATRA HOSPITAL since 31/01/2015. She had stomach pain on 30/01/2015. I will take her in BATRA HOSPITAL(OPD) Dr Sharad Malhotra will telling me stone pain in gall blader after ultrasound and also telling me to admit and hospital giving me 1 lakh surgery estimate. I have submited withdrawal form first time but returned after three months because pass book photo copy not attached with withdrawal form but secend time submited withdrawal form on 25/12/2010 and under process on 25/03/2011 after three month, but cash is not transfer in my bank account after 40 days.
I am requsted to you kindly withdrawal with as soon posible.

This complaint is in the dedication of Batra Hospital and its rediculous MD Dr. Shelly Batra. They are a kind of gangster who will kill you i[censored] got any issue..

1) I have admitted my wife for the maternity in BATRA HOSPITAL. My doctor was "Dr. Shelly Batra". Dr. said they will have to deliver my wife 1.5 month before the due date. Dr. was at home and left her juniors to handle. The whole night gone 24hr gone in pain but nothing happened. My wife was in the situation of dying but they did not call Dr. I signed for the Operation at 4AM however, doctor came at 12.15 for the operation even after 10 request & she faced a lot of pain UNNESSERY.

2) Hospital bill was made for more than 95K without even informing me and when the discharge time came they shown me the bill. I have paid 80, 000 by the help of my employer and asked them I don’t have money left coz I only earn 10k and expend 5k on my wife's medical expenses. They did courtesy with me and gave me time to collect. However, they kept my wife as a SLAVE until they get money (UNNESSERY). After 2 days when I failed to manage the money they said now your bill is 1+ lacks and you have no choice until you pay. I spoken to Medical Superintendents (PK Baliyaar, Rajeev, Parvej) they denied then spoken to DY General Manager (Uday Singh) and at last to MD. Everyone has misbehaved and said How dare you come to BATRA HOSPITAL when you don’t have money you will have to pay. Sell ur bike or whatever you can we can’t help you at all. Tumhare jaise bhikariyon ne yaha pe gandh macha rakhi hai. I heard and spent a gallon of tears in front of them but they assigned 2 guard to look so that I cannot go outside (my wife and baby was already their).

3)When I came to my wife's room I saw Dr. Shelly Batra and Dr. Meenakshi were going outside of my wife's room and my wife was crying. When I asked to my wife then I found that GREAT Dr. Shelly has actually abused her, below are her statements:

"TUNE YAHA PE PAISA KYON NAI DIYA? FREE ME ILAAJ KARWANE AAYI HAI? TERI JAISI NEECH AURAT MAINE AAJ TAK NAI DEKHI, CHULLU BHAR PAANI ME DUB MAR HARAMJAADI, KUTTI. 3 DIN SE MERA JEENA HARAM KAR RAKHA HAI ABHI PAISE JAMA KAR AUR BHAG YAHA SE AAJ K BAAD KABHI DIKHI TO UTHA K FIKWAA DUNGI" AND MANEY MORE...

These things happened after 80000 payments and for the recovery of 15000 rs.

I knew that all the management has same statement that I am wrong so I called Dr. Shelly and tried to ask why she has given this statement SHE CUT MY PHONE!!. When I complained to hospital they said “aap ka bahot natak ho gaya ab paise do warna is cabin se bahar nai jaa sakte“. She said to guard to hold me then I started dialing the police helpline and she took my phone and said we are just telling you to pay the bill. I said thousands of time give me few days and release my patience but they denied.

Finally, there was a lot more of troubles however they released me and my wife because we were going to call media for help. They have denied to give me the bill. .. I and my wife both had fever because of the mental harassment. If I could have money then we both would have been admitted it another hospital.

Suggest me how can I file a complain?

I want to bring in your notice that i admitted my baby in Batra hospital for the Open Heart Surgery.
I had a medical insurance cover and during admission only i opted for cashless operation cover. The pre intimation insurance claim form was filled up by the diagnosing doctor Dr. Viresh Mahajan and Der. Anil Bhan mentioning the type of operation and the treatment. Based on this i got my approval from the TPA Insurance Company "E-Meditek" initially for the 1 Lakh. I had the insurance cover of around 2L which was told me that will be settled during the final bill settlement. I was told by the doctors initially that the expenditure will be around 1.75 L but i was shocked that my final bill was settled around 2.35L. Anyways i thought most of the amount may be getting settled via insurance. But to my utmost shock and harassment i came to know that my entire approval was rejected by the insurance company. The fax said that the claim cannot be judged at this time due to some additional defects and treatments in the discharge summary. So i even lost the approval of 1L and hospital refused to discharge my patient.
Now first of all based on their mistake in the discharge summary i even could not discharge my baby as i did not had the required full amount. I had to take some money from my friends and relatives and based on such a short notice arranged the money to get my baby discharged. later on further investigations i found that the discharge summary was incorrect and was prepared incorrectly by pasting the data from some other patients history . This is totally a very big mistake and i want the hospital to pay for it to make them realise the mistake. During the course of treatment i found the hospital and the doctors totally money minded and least bothered about the patients. It is just by the grace of GOD that my baby got discharged safely. In fact we were even scolded for asking about the condition of the baby. I hope it is my right to information for knowing each and every details during the treatment.
So please let me know how to proceed on this and help me out.
