Bayaweaver (Bop Projects) — MOU regarding OMG project

In 2013, I had signed an MOU with BOP Projects PVt.ltd.This was for construction linked plan for OMG project. I had paid Rs. 5 lacs and now when i am asking for my money neither BOP is responding nor is Saya group agreeing. Saya is saying this MOU was with BOP.
I desperately need money and seem help.
