Booked a unit under buyback scheme in april 2014. Several incidents of chq bounce though they said now company is reviving sp to wait for few months. Now after almost 1 year denying to refund the money. As per them they will refund only when the unit would be sold. Every time they buy 1 month. They have stopped the interest money too. Feeling cheated.

Pls dont invest in there projects...its a fraud company. If you approach them they will ask u to convert drop ur legal case and take a inventory in there under construction project.

so don't fall under there trap...this project will never gets completed...still 100s of legal cases are running against them

Bayaweaver have supercharged their Oh My God project and have already gotten through with a lot of the construction already. Most of their customers are completely satisfied with how the project's going forward
