Bbdaily — I am requesting to get refund of my Wallet money to source account but no concrete response

Dear Team,

I am doing follow up with BB daily to refund my wallet amount in my source account but I am getting wage replies from their support team and they are not refunding my money which is 1700+ INR. I am so annoyed with their response and delay services. After doing rigorous follow up with them, no proper reply i am getting. Sharing screen shot with their wage response. Please help.
