Services suspended in my area but wallet not returned

I was informed in early Jan 2024 that the services are suspended and I would receive the wallet amount in 15 days. it is more than 15 days now but no news of my wallet balance...

My BBdaily account not getting recharged even though money has been debited from the bank account. I have tried several times but amount got debited from the bank Rs 3500+3500+500+100+100=Rs 7700/- but account balance is not updated. I have raised complaint on the app but customer care responded that it is a problem of the Bank. Not my supplies has been stopped.

    Bbdaily shows items as some of the items as delivered without actually delivering it. And the status changes happen when I have my door open waiting for the items - after 8 pm (when promise is delivery to be made by 7).
    Raising complaint in chat doesnt even get response for 15 minutes and sending an email gets the refund initiated.
    But this has become a regular issue - and now with my wallet charged, I am not able to quit the...

    I have asked for a callback 100 times now and everyother agent keeps on lying or sending the same response that I will receive it within 15mins however I see it's been 6 hours.

    My mother is severely unwell and old. Doctors prescribed her not to force her to wakeup when she sleeps unfortunately your agents are too illiterate to understand that.

    From last 3 days, my mother is getting harrassed by the delivery agent and his manager. When day they come at 7am rings the bell and stand there talking to eachother. What's the point of ringing the bell then?
    Then they clicks pictures of my flat and tampers the outer package and clicks the pictures again inside the flat.

    First of all, how dare he that he clicks pictures of my flat?
    Secondly, my mother kept on asking not to ring the bell as she is severely unwell but the manager and the agent both didn't even bothered to reply her back and kept on talking to eachother for 5 mins standing in my door.

    I have clearly mentioned not to ring the bell, then how dare he do that?,

    Seeing an aged lady staying there along doesn't gives you the chance to harrass her. How come after asking him not to ring the bell, he keeps on doing so and so unbothered to answer my mother every morning?
    Ordering from bbdaily doesn't allow you click pictures of my flat or harrass my mother early morning.

        Though I have not availed subscription to receive milk daily, it’s been enabled without my knowledge. I have asked delivery boy not to deliver and he didn’t deliver the milk.. Still they deducted amount from my wallet. Now they are not doing refund. They are saying within 48 hours of product delivery they do a refund. But I was not even aware that product is delivered. I want my refund.

          I am a resident of Pune and BBdaily customer since 2 years. In the recent 3-4 months, BBdaily supplier has not provided milk (daily subscription) on time. They promise 7 am delivery but the milk gets delayed every day. Also once or twice in a week, the milk is not delivered or is delivered in partial quantities. Despite numerous complaints, the situation is not resolved. My entire society is facing the same issue with BBdaily. Whenever a complaint is raised, a standard line " Apologies for inconvenience" is given but the situation continuous to repeat time and again.
          As milk is an essential daily commodity and is required on time early in the morning, the inconvenience of disrupting an entire morning is too much to bear.
          I am regretting being a customer of BBdaily as the service is becoming very very poor.

            Bb offered 7 packets milk 4000 recharge and no service charge no delivery charge however the app is charging service charge and delivery charge also the milk is not free. BB daily is cheating the customers and I could see similar complaints.
            Talk to customer care they mentioned that this will be escalated this is pure cheating

              Bbdaily sales guy promised 7 packet of milk if recharged for rs 1000. Sales guy said no service charge and no delivery çharge. After recharging for 1000 rs it seems that they take delivery fee and no free milk packets. Cheating customers is what bbdaily is doing. When called cx care they replied will escalate the issue.

                I had requested refund of my wallet amount 1000/- to my source account, but they are not processing the refund. Initially I had added the amount to order groceries but bbdaily had not delivered me orders even single time and deducted the amount from wallet. Because of this bad service I requested my money back to my source account as I do not want to continue using bbdaily.

                  I placed an order for amul taaza milk and recharged my wallet with adequate balance. Everyday I wake up and receive the message that order could not be delivered due to operational issue. Why the team accepts the order if it can't be delivered.
                  This the the case of everyday. Earlier also I decided not to be a customer of bb daily and again within 6 months mistakenly I relied upon bb daily and faced this issue.
                  Even after higher escalations their " operational issue" can not be resolved

                    Hi Team,
                    I stay in Uber Verdant apartment, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
                    The BBDaily executive told me on 30th October 22 that I would be getting a lock-up bag, 10 packs of milk, and 6 packs of curd free if I recharge Rs1000. He told me that I will be getting the lock-up bag by evening, which I didn't receive. and to my surprise, my wallet gets deducted for every milk or curd delivery. When I contacted chat agents in BBDaily, they informed me there will be no such bag be provided. Free delivery would be for each 5 paid deliveries. You have employed conmen to dupe people and make money by cheating. It is really frustrating that such scamsters exist in the corporate world who do daylight robbery. They did it with the whole apartment. As usual chat agents assured me of strict actions and I am rest assured nothing will happen.

                      Now they started cheating consumer for extra grams with it is within 10 rs . we don't weigh machine to confirm that they are charging right or not. this is really very good trick of cheating consumer.by charging extra money for extra grams.better we go to market and buy vegetables than this app

                        How bbdaily cheats people

                        On 26th June a person from bbdaily (Raju [protected]) came to my doorstep and offered free milk delivery for 15 days if I install app and add 1500 money to wallet. I did the same and he entered promo code and app showed 15day free milk. After 6 days I noticed that I was charged for 4 days of milk and only 2 days free and still 13 day free milk remaining.

                        Now I realize they have deceived me by not telling me the free milk is...

                        From past couple of months the service is worst, they send a delivered message of the product, but I don't receive it. Sometime they send different product and say to adjust. From last 3 days I did not receive my product and they state it's delivered. When asked customer care they just know to say sorry for the trouble caused and refund the money, but this time they did not even refund my money. When asked for a genuine reason for the delay they just say some operational issue. These people are just fooling us and taking away our hard earned money. This complain is for the daily service subscription of my milk product.

I am so annoyed with their response and delay services. After doing rigorous follow up with them, no proper reply i am getting. Sharing screen shot with their wage response. Please help.

                          I order milk products and delivery planned on 11 nov 2021 and when I did not received my order I was checking with Bbdaily help chat and they promised within 60min I will get my order.
                          After 60min when I asked they said I will get in 30min and when I asked after that time they said sorry for inconvenience we will escalate this matter but nothing happened a day and finally when I asked to raise complaint they refunded with email that customer has returned the product.
                          Now again on 13 nov my order was planned and when I did not received I did the same process asking on Bbdaily help chat and they said I will get my order within 60min but I did not and they questioning the order has been delivered according to their record. I told them I did not received which I can prove with my socity camera and before delivery we get notifications to approve for delivery boy entry. Even my Milk box is empty on my door.
                          Later after so many discussion they said we will escalate and I will get call from them and still waiting for call from 1hr and no refunds as well.
                          Putting money into Bbdaily wallet is waste of time and interest and Bbdaily using that money investing somewhere considering whole india customer lobby.
                          This kind of fraud Bbdaily is doing with their customers. I lost my money and no even courtesy to apologise and refund the money.
                          I have all chat incidences what they talk.

                          What Bbdaily done till today,
                          1st, My order on 11 Nov 2021 was not delivered and when I contacted to team they have not attended properly and no resolution or even no redelivery of order instead sent me email saying customer return the product hence refunded which i haven't done. SO FAKE MESSAGE
                          2nd, my another order was planned on 13 Nov 2021, when I not received I contacted support team and they said order already delivered which was not correct hence Bbdaily operation team visited my place on same day and show tham no order been delivered hence they convince me that I will get my order on 14 Nov but today 14th Nov also there is no order been delivered. When I called back them, they said it should be done may be delivery boy forget and he will arrange and what he has arrange replace my order product with other alternative product and tried to deliver and said sir adjust for today. Ther is no sense been utilised and trying to coverup fake committed and convincing with other products and money is already deducted before delivery so no option left and try to depend on them.

                            I ordered and paid for 4 packets of 500 ml Amul Gold on 30th January 2021 on bbdaily app. 3 packets were delivered on 31st Janaury morning and the delivery boy told me that the 4th packet is leaking, so he will deliver it the next day. On 1st February 2021, he didnt deliver the 4th packet, and when I asked him he said that he doesnt have the product and he will deliver on 2nd February 2021. I told him to return the money as I didnt want the 4th packet anymore. He said he will speak to his office but was not sure about refunding.
                            I chatted and called up the BB Daily contact number on 2nd February 2021. An extremely inspid voice at the customer care told me that as per policy they dont entertain complaints after 48 hrs! I told her that I can understand that for rotten products, but what about things that have not been delivered but already paid for. No answer to that. Company policy bullsit again! Then she told me that she could have done something had I called the day before, ie. 1st Febrauary!! The only thing she told was of no consequence - she was apologetic about the entire episode and would ensure that such a thing does not happen again!! How does that help me??? No response, only she was apologetic about the episode again!

                            My questions to BBDaily:
                            1. If its 48 hr policy for resolution, then why cant a problem of 31st January be reolved on 2nd February? Why does it need to be told by 1st February? Is the policy for 48 hrs or 24 hours? Or is there any policy at all? Policy of convenience…???
                            2. If lesser units of goods are given but money credited for full amount of order, why should there be no refund? Don’t you have a order inventory management system at your end?
                            3. What is the point of having a Customer Care or Chat Bot that only apologizes and promises action from “next time onwards”? Will that “next time” come after such customer experience?
                            Looks like a broad daylight robbery scheme at BBDaily in the name of 48hr resolution!
                            Extremely peeved with the attitidue of this online delivery company.

                              I would place an order, the app would show that the items would get delivered but some items 1-2 would not get delivered. Now as a customer what would you do - ask for a refund right? But bbdaily expects you to not ask for the refund. They expect you to pay for something that you did not get ! Because while initially they will refund but later on they will DEACTIVATE your account for too many refunds ! As if it's the customer's mistake that they asked for refunds. BBDAILY are cheaters and big time FRAUDS ! Don't ever order from them. Firstly, not delivering an item and showing it delivered is itself incorrect. Moreover, it is even more wrong if they reprimand me for asking a refund ! What do they expect from a customer.

                                I had wallet amount of 1537 in my daily ninja( currently bbdaily) and i had requested for refund of the amount as I moved out of the city on 1st Sep. Bbdaily executives gives all false promises on the ETA which they never met. It’s been more than 45 days still they doesn’t know how to resolve. I feel they don’t have interest to refund the money

                                    I had order elite vanilla cake which got delivered on 26th july, which was already expired on 20th july, as the expiry was 75 days after manufacture and it was manufactured on 5th may. I had already consumed half of it will my 3 yrs old and my husband, then i realized it is very dry and crumbly not sure if it is fresh, i checked it was already expired. When i complained about this, they just refund cost of cake rs. 30, but what about my family's health, if something happen to them who is responsible for this..

                                      I have ordered a product of rs.273 on 20th april, which was not delivered, but they displayed it as 'delivered'. Even after repeated communication with them in bbdaily chat, they promised me for refund. No nothing happened. Everytime they give a fake promise. They are taking chance of this pandemic situation and looting customers. I want a resolution of it.

                                        Today again i have wrote on bbdaily charno about my issue of refund not initiated for non delivered milk item on 28th march,. I have raise issue at morning 08:50 am but i got a reply after 2 hours at 10:40 am and that reply is having wrong observation.

                                        Just tell me how could any body kept online for around 2 hours for getting reply from you guys.

                                        Now i am under this deep impression that your have not any concern for your customer like me who is using bbdaily for more than 2 year.

                                        In last few days i am being forces by you people to stop using your app.

                                        I have many time talked with your executive over all medium is but not getting proper answer for my quieres.

                                          Bb daily service is not at all keeping standards. The products are not delivered repeatedly and only thing their customer care tells is there is technical issue and to give another chance rather than ensuring that it won't happen next time. It is foolish to plan things for the day relying on bb daily and it's mere waste of time as in the end you won't get your product and need to purchase it form the shop. I find it mere waste of time and more than what is frustrating is the they taking customers for a ride. Pathetic and unreliable service by bb daily and very cold response from the team when an issue is raised. They have a set of answers made up and just write the same thing g everytime.

                                            Bbdaily guys are very negligible, they throw milk packet like ball making a huge mess in front of my apartment.This is happening for 2nd time..when asked they just say sorry n repeat the same mistake again...Today after spilling milk I called them n they said they will send cleaning people in an hour but no one turned up after 2 hours...I had faced lots of complaints from my flat mates regarding spilled milk..when called again they said no one is coming and agreed they made fake promise..I even received products of bad quality and wrong orders so many times..I had to pay money from my pocket to clean mess created by bbdaily guys..Manager is too negligent too..she didn’t even know what issue was and called me to negotiate..worst service ever
