Bbdaily — Items not delivered but shown as delivered

Bbdaily shows items as some of the items as delivered without actually delivering it. And the status changes happen when I have my door open waiting for the items - after 8 pm (when promise is delivery to be made by 7).
Raising complaint in chat doesnt even get response for 15 minutes and sending an email gets the refund initiated.
But this has become a regular issue - and now with my wallet charged, I am not able to quit the platform. Every other day I am facing this - no delivery, late delivery, no delivery shown as delivery. This is causing me embarrassment and stress - and spoils my whole day. Repeatedly raising complaints has not helped. They are not willing to share their delivery partner contact details - so I cannot talk to them and check immediately.
