BBMP — allotment of bbmp playground for sports and other activities

Sir,
We the residents of 19th main, ii stage, opp. Bbmp play ground, btm layout. Would like to bring to your notice that you will permit for sports events to take place in the ground with a condition that speakers can be used with low volume & it should not disturb the residents. But who will check that sound. We have to keep fighting and arguing with them. We are all very happy to have the play ground in front of our houses with fresh air and light. But the mike and speakers with loud volume is creating lot of disturbance to students, old and sick people. We have complained the police personnel also. We request you to take necessary action in this matter and resolve our problem. My tel. No. Is 26680896. I am writing this on behalf of 19th main residents. You can depute some official to have the feed back which i hope will be done at the earliest.
The matter has been brought to the notice of the area corporator also.
