BBMP — non cleaning of vacant sites

Iam a resident of virupakshapura sampige road. My neighbor s vacant site is not at all cleaned and is a heaven for snakes and rodents. We the neighbours who have built house are the sufferers and these people who have bought for investment purpose will never build and clean and is vacant for 23 years request the bbmp authorities to get it cleaned as we are always tensed with small children.
