My PID No is 150-W[protected]. This is a flat in Greenwood Regency on Sarjapur Road. Last year when BBMP changed zonal classification, my flat was wrongly classified as Zone D instead of Zone E. All other flats are Zone E. I gave letter last year to correct the zone, but no action taken. They just gave me a challan on 20% increase tax basis without correcting zone. Therefore this year it continues to show Zone D. This year also I have given letter and visited several times, no action at all. I am a senior citizen and this puts huge problem for me to keep on visiting the BBMP office. If they dont correct soon, the rebate also will not be available. Kindly help.

Updated by VSPadmanabhan Had to visit BBMP office multiple times (including to HO) to resolve the issue. It is a 5 minute job for them, but they do not bother about citizen's plight. After number of visits and pleading, they corrected their computer system to reflect correct zone.
