I ordered pack of two dettol sanitisers on 05 apr 20. They were to be delivered by the company in 5-6 days. The site has stopped working since. I received watsapp messages from a number initially. But even the number has now been discontinued. They haven't given me any tracking id. Money was paid to them. This is a fake company. I am not going to leave them so easily. Planning to lodge a police complaint if item is not delivered within 48 hours.

Updated by abhishek bahl I received a call from a number [protected] regarding my complaint. The individual did not give me his introduction and started asking me for my bank details and messages received on my registered number. When I cross questioned, he disconnected the phone.

I ordered Basefit kit and gel on 04th April 2020. Till today the shipment is not reached me. It is already 17 days.Amont is already Paid. They were supposed to deliver with in 6 days as it is an Basic need & Sanitizers. It belongs to Medical need. No information from the supplier also. I think it is a fake company and looting the public money taking this Corona as an advantage.

Even I also have ordered 4th april. Two bottle of sanitizer delivery schedule is 20th April but not yet received. I also complained but due to complain they have cancelled my order without my permission and process for refund though I have not received any money till yet in my account.

Dear sir stop spreading fake news you first ask us to refund money in mail we cancel the order and refund the money so have to wait 6-7 working days to bank settle the money we the payment gateway share the refund id given every detail to you as well as consumer support if u do continue like this our legal team have to look into this matter because after refund also you keep email us for delivery the order
so its request not to damage company reputation after we solve your issue

I ordered dettol sanitizer worth rupees 1100 on 4th April till now I don't receive and they don't reply my mail too I think it's is better that's all o[censored]s should file creation complaint against them because it's really not fair for besafekit to play dirty games for money at the cost of people lives

I purchased sanitizers worth 6700, the product was neither delivered nor i got the refund. They are fraudsters. Everyone should lodge a complaint in every govt portal against them. Their site, bank accounts and gateways should be siezed as well. I have attached the screenshot of the refund and it had never been refunded. We r not living in the age of 1990 where refund used to take that long. I have seen so many complaints about this website now. Everyone should stand together and ask the govt to arrest and block these fraudsters.
