I have mailed you many times but got only one answered. And for your kind information I need the products urgently due to this situation, so why I cancelled ordered and now my situation is "Na Ghar ka, Na Ghat', Your tracking report shows it would be delivered 18/04/20 end of the day. So why I trusted you on the date of 24/04/2020. Again you have processed for refund where shows order fully refunded. But as per your refund rules & regulations it would be within 5-6 days. But in the refund note you have taken time 10-12 days. So you are requested to do the process as early as possible.

As per your refund note dated 23/04/2020 the amount have to be transfer to my account within 10-12 days which was already over. So where is your commitment and your refund policy. You have said in your refund memo that 'your 1st product still in courier office they cant able to reach you for delivery', here I say that courier selected by you not me, so dealing with courier company its your headache not me. And for your kind information you have update you site regularly, when I ordered the 2nd product there was a offer for 1st 10 customers get IR Thermometer for Rs. 2499.00. May be arise any problem with courier company you should be alert for your customer service why I am getting headache to ordered products with paying full amount and thereafter a lots of mail and mail. Atleast you have to stand for your commitment, otherwise why we trust you. So don't getting any excuses kindly refund the money which is laying in your pocket since last one month.

No, I did not received refund till today already 21 days past from refund processed date. Its a basically cheat fund company. They are taking 'faida' to fool some peoples like us in some various critical situation. So I am preparing the docs to file legal forum to filed.

Yeah u are right, they took advantage during this difficult time. If you are filling anything of that sort, can you please involve me as well in that? If there are more people against them, it will definitely create some impact and ### their fraud shop.

regards 2nd order please check the site it clearly mention its pre order it will deliver as stock available but you order that not our mistake you have to read before placing order
so as for this issue we cancel the order and process for refund the refund should ne done as per refund policy and please note refund would be come in same payment mode you did and take time so i[censored] have any issue please contact support
and regards police complaint and cyber crime you are customer u can process i[censored] find we did any thing wrong we are liable to give answer
