Frauds!!! They sent me wrong saree. Kept cutting all my phone calls to all 3 of their numbers! Sent them whatsapp messages and audio messages. Even emailed them on [protected]@gmail.com! They have seen all! Have not responded or helped me. They assure returns withn 5 days of receving saree. Thats a lie!!! V v v poor customer servce!! In one word - cheats!!! Quality of product delivered is definitely way inferior to what they claim and show as pictures! Multiple complaints on their facebook page too! Was this information helpful? | |||||

I received lehenga product which I ordered. But the product is entirely different from the online product which I have seen. I mailed the complaint to the website but there is no any reply or feedback. The cost is 1800.

I had ordered for soft silk Saree worth Rs.1499 +100 delivery charge from www.beautifulsaree.com. order (@17346) However, i received a completely different product with very poor quality. I emailed to [protected]@gmail.com, whatsapp and called +[protected], however no response. Though they have a return policy, they are not responding.
