Beautifulsaree.com — saree I bought online

I had purchased 2 sarees from the website www.beautifulsaree.com which appeared on my facebook newsfeed. The sarees I received are totally different from what I ordered, the quality is too bad and not silk as they promised. I have been calling, messaging, mailing the website since then. Also whatsapped them and tried doing whatsapp calling, they just do not respond anywhere.

Slowly, i figured out these are fradulent sites selling sarees under various names. There are many such web links they provide in their newsfeed which directs you to an e-commerce website photos of lovely sarees. The photos/images they put of the product is totally different from what is delivered.

The website says they are based in Surat, not sure if that is true. The numbers they have provided are - [protected] and [protected].

Please see if these people can be booked and put behind bars. They need to be punished for duping and cheating innocent people.

This guy or woman is a cheat. They make sure you transfer the money and don't deliver the products. Do not buy from this site. Infact any saree you buy other than well established eCommerce site, order only cash on delivery.

Beautifulsaree.com cheated with everyone dont fall in trap this site only send bedsheet types saree and after deliver we dosent return it i purchased 1 saree of 1549 product received dameged totally disappointed with this site

I bought these two sarees of cheap quality even they are not replying on how to get refund please help me this site is fraud and management are literally fulling people by giving fake pics onsite please close this shop as soon as possible.

I purchased 2 sarees seeing the pictures on Instagram. It was mentioned as soft silk but the material is of cheap to cheapest quality .Its mentioned return within 5 days but sad part none will reply to messages ya calls .some action should be taken against this people .

I saw advert of saree online and i liked one. So i pinged that person on whatapp and ordered saree on 26th dec 2018. My order number is 3699. I recived order on 2nd jan 2019. Price i paid is 1549/- including delivery. Material described was soft silk and i received very cheap material saree which is not soft silk at all. I contacted seller staright away but he is not replying my messages but he is reading it. I sent email on their email id [protected]@gmail.com as well but i have received no reply.
On whataap advert they said it is 5 days return policy. Their whatapp no.[protected]. I want to get full refund due to their improper service. Please all report their facebook page.

I saw the advertisement on the Facebook and bought the saree from beautifulsaree.com. The order no. is 10135. the product which they showed and the product which is received is completely different. The day i received the product, immediately i have written to them mails after mails asking for return and refund and several whatsapp messages. There is no reply on the mails and the calls and all the whatsapp messages are read and no response. Social media should ban these advertisers and i definitely need the refund and the compensation for so much of follow up. below is the image of the saree i ordered and the one which i received. they say its silk and the material which i received is of very cheap quality.

Please Google close this website as soon as possible.. very cheat company.. here after nobody buy sarees in this website.. its fully cheated.. they showing one but sent cheapest quality it's worthy only RS.200/-, but they claimed 1599 including delivery charges.. below added image what I ordered and what I received.. please do not buy this website..

Beautifulsaree is a fake company... I also purchased on the website they shipped different and cheap products... even they didn’t reply also... it’s very pathetic company...

This is fraud company. The product we received is very different from the saree we order. Material is very cheap. Even they don’t reply our messages and they block me from their mobile, watsapp, fb page . Beautifulsaree is wrost company which is base in surat

As everyone as said... Cloth quality is too bad n design doesnt match ..no reply for mails... Is not even worth of 100 bucks..

Company beautiful sarees a completely fraud company they have various links and do not reply to any one of them the numbers they have put also do not reply or answer the calls this send different sarees from the one shown in the pictures. The promise for soft Silk but send a very bad material saree which also cannot be called a saree. I received the order on 7th June 2019 and the same day started to call them because other on saree they are not replying to any of the text text the messages are been seen but haven't replied. It is a completely fraud company the consumer complaint should take a very very hard s action against them.
