I have purchsed beetel M 500 landline phone online on dated 21/02/23 vide order no. B202302211635289176858 . but till date i have not received its delevery . i have also made payment of the phone through online mode. kindly look into the matter and delever the pbone on my address.

                This instrument was provided about an year ago by our builder for using intercom connection of complex.
                Now the phone only rings, can not talk.
                Vendors say that they are responsible only for sale & advise to purchase new one.
                I want the instrument to be replaced or at least repaired.
                Any equipment malfunctioning as soon as warranty gets over; it puts quality of product under question mark?

Today I calling amazon customer service & they are saying "already 7 days gone, so our team are not help with u", , And already many times I am calling beetel customer care no. but saying "not reachable"

                                        I bought BEETEL landline phone model number M75N at cost of INR 1650/-. After 3 months of purchase this landline became dead. Distributor and service centre people are saying that they wont exchange or upgrade the phone and they are not responsible for this faulty device. They are not even responsible for service warranty.
