My name is Siju Thomas, and I recently reached out regarding an issue with the Ducati Apple iPhone SE 2020 SCRAMBLER series Genuine Leather Black cover in Black that I ordered from platform. The order, placed on 22/12/2023 with the reference number [protected], was received on the same day through Bluedart courier.

Upon receiving the product, I noticed that it did not meet the expected standards, with the outer layer of the supposed genuine leather peeling off. I promptly raised a complaint with Screen guard India on the same day, and the damaged back cover was collected by a Blue Dart representative on 02/01/2024.

After numerous attempts to address the issue, I received an email from Screen guard India on 15/01/2023, acknowledging the problem and confirming the initiation of a refund. The email stated that the refund, amounting to Rs 1499, would reflect in my reference bank account within 2-3 working days.

Regrettably, it has been over a month since I raised the complaint, and the promised refund has not been credited to my account. I understand from website's policy that refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.

I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and seek clarification on the delay in processing the refund. Your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest convenience would be highly appreciated.

Too much cost in screen guard rate, Quality is poor

I ordered one product, I received some other product, I sent a mail they respond back after 10 days, after that i returned the product. It's been more than a week I sent a lots of mail mo response from their side.

I had placed a return request for my order which after pickup I was told by the customer care that my refund money is refunded in 4 5 days after pickup.But I have not received the refund yet and I am asking for my NEFT details from the screen guard. Any transaction details are not being given to me and I am calling customer care. The customer care executive is not talking to me again and again. Please help me as soon as possible.

Status: Order cancelled. i have paid amount and no response till now. why my order cancelled.

I ordered back cover by seeing all the details but they sent me the wrong product and saying i have ordered wrong one.
I sent them screenshots also on mail and whatsapp but they refusing.
They asked me to get replacement but there are no products of same price all are 3 times expensive.
So i asked for refund but they refused clearly.
I feel cheated and robbed by Screen guards india.co.in
So pls do something on this as there are already so many complaints against them

Fraud ### of screen guard. Refund the amount to the CUSTOMERs.

Looking at the offer, went and ordered a mag case. Like others, the amount got deducted but order cancelled. No response trying customer care or email. Don’t know how the site is still active despite so many complaints filed against this site. I’ve filed a complaint in crime department. Revert the amount to the people purchased or send the product.

I orderd today on 11/06/2022 a back cover for my Iphone XS max originally made by Lamborghini… I’ve done my payment, money also got deducted but then Order status still showed as CANCELED. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible!

After completing the order when the money got deducted it says order cancelled and no refund is generated and even if i try to login to my account in screenguards india it says error and even i tried mailing them, whatsapp messaged them no response from them not even a single time, till now i got neither refund nor the product. I have ordered 1 phone back cover of Rs809.10 from Screenguards India on[protected].

As soon as the payment was made through my debit card the order status showed canceled.

I don't how its possible.

I want to reschedule the order or want the money back.

Inspite of emails and several phone calls, I haven't got any response from Screen Guards India team.

Kindly revert and close the matter.

RMA #[protected] . The Product is returned as it was used one and amount is till not credited back. Took the account details and it's been more than 25 days . Still not credited the amount back after lot of folloups .

I ordered Dr. VAKU shockproof case for S10plus mobile for Rs 809.10 on 9th Oct 2021. The amount was debitted from my account but the site said that payment was unsuccessful. Kindly update if my payment was received and whether my order got placed or else kindly refund my amount. The moment money was deducted i was redirected to a cashfree payment page where it said that the order was unsuccessful. The site so called screenguard customer ticket is useless. We are not able to track our complaint status also like we can't track our order. We trusted your site and thats why we ordered and it is your ultimate responsibility as owner/manager to attend our queries.
