Telephone not getting disconnected after the call

I have purchased BeetelLand line F3-4 g
Phone, phone is working with sim, showing wiffi, but it is asking pass word for connecting, I tried with default password ie password, even i tried the one hiven at the bacl of instruement but it is not working.Please guide me

The invoice is attached for your reference, please check this and solve the issue, it is under warranty.

I purchased motorola pace 100 headphones on 14.09.2019.it have the warranty of 1 year.it have the problem with mic after uses of 6 months, i send this product to the Beetel service center, Delhi to claim the warranty.i send this product to the Beetel service, Delhi on 26.03.2019.It is the time of COVID-19 situation, so i am not asking them for the product.But at present the lock down is stopped in Delhi, i called many times to the Beetel Service Center, Delhi, they are not giving the good response.please any help on this.

I bought beetel cordless phone on 28th feb-2020. Till mid may it worked fine and then it suddenly stopped working. Handset is showing 'searching' text and the charging indicator on base unit is not working. There is response from base unit. Not sure what the issue is. Tried changing the batteries but no luck. Tried to reach customer service on[protected], there is no response from them, line got disconnected after 30...

I was purchased S021 bluetooth speaker dated[protected] which mentioned in warranty card, there is problem in charger connector,

I have purchased my landline phone on date 29/jan/2019 with a one-year warranty. Since last 2-3 days, we are not able to hear the voice over the call. Please send someone technician to look into this on priority.

Our landline is not working and i am not getting a dialer tone on the telephone. It was installed for commercial purpose for the office. On enquiry with customer care the address given was kejriwal bhawan near bajaj scooter house paltan bazar but that location was incorrect.

On 2nd enquiry customer service executive gave another address of lakhtokia guwahati near bank of maharashtra where the representative took least interest in taking the complain and simply said that no engineer is available and wil arrive in 5-6 days and display needs to be changed.

Without engineer's report how can display error notified by them? It is a business phone and we are facing problems due to it being in disfunction state.

Please look into the matter seriously as this is of huge concern and respond immediately so that we can run the business smoothly without any interruptions as such.

I bought beetel m71 landline recently. I am unable to find any information on how to store contacts by their name. Can you please guide how to store number with name so that the name gets displayed when we get the call.

I have enabled called id functionality andi can see the number being displayed but i would like to see the name as well along with number and i cannot see how to do that in the manual.

Bought my beetel cordless phone, model: x66n black, on 31/05/2018, used for couple of hours and the charging adapter went faulty and since then it is out o[censored]se, after complaining the seller and service center i am being instructed to buy a new charger costing 350 inr, please suggest why should i pay for this, if its the charger that is of inferior quality, looking for help.

The landline is under warranty only used 1 week. It gave disturbances at the starting and afterwards only rings can be heard. Speaker is also working in very low volume instead it is in max volume. Brought from amazon the replacement time is over and the telephone is dead from 28/06/17. I think that you will take action against it. Need a replacement..

X62 Beetel phone not charging.
Serial number[protected].I am not able to charge it.It shows it is charging but it doesn't charge.pls help.I bought it 3 months ago.I don't have bill so i have given the serial number.It has 1 yr of warranty so i think it should not be charged

I submitted the buy back form for isin no. Ine039a09mu6. Initially they told me that i will get the amount credited to my bank account by 31.1.17 (Communicated over mail) but it was never honored. When i inquired about it from them, they told me it will take time and it would come by 27.2.17 (Communicated over phone) but again it was never honored. When i called on 28.2.17 inquiring about it, they disconnected my call and after multiple calls i was told it will take time but no date was committed.

I am highly disappointed by such an unprofessional behaviour of the beetel customer care team.

Can i please get buy back of my ifci bonds as soon as possible.

Kadiyadi primary school beetel reciver not working. We lost password in it..We can' change with 0000, 7800 and other password. And we want it live today. I purchased beetel m73 landline phone from snapdeal.There was some voice issue in the beetel landline handset, when i went to the beetel official service centre in sector 35 in chandigarh, they denied to check this beetel set as they said that they have no technical knowledge about this set.I also provided them the necessary documents suxh as bill.
The beetel landline phone is within the warranty period and yours kindly requested to resolve the problm in the beetel set or i will have ti file case against the beetel in the consumer court.

I have bought Beetel M71 on 9-8-2014 vide bill no 7054, Cell Point In Hyderabad. From that day, my problems have started. The dial tone was not working. So when I called up there bangalore office, they asked me to take it to Service center in Secunderabad -Anurag Marketing Associates. They took the handset and called after a week saying that the same as to be sent to bangalore for repair. They were not able to repair in Hyderabad (surprising). After a month, they returned the phone. I took the same back home and when connected the dial tone was working. I thought my problem is resolved. For three to four days I did not get any call on my number. It was surprising. So I went back and checked. This time the ringtone is not working. I have been receiving calls but I there is not ringtone. I again took the handset to the same service center on[protected]. Today, it is[protected]. Even after 15 days, there is no response from the service center. The same old response, product sent to Bangalore and no clue of when the same will be delivered back. Since the day I purchased my phone, the phone is at service center more time than at my home and this pathetic people claim that they are best in this industry. Horrendous experience!!! I bought a beetel 3G (ModelNo.BG64) dongle modem, after 2weeks it's getting trouble in terms of disconnect automatically and again connected though sometimes 30 minuets or 40minuets its running good after that it's not like that and disconnected.
