Beetel — When I am dialing 0 automatically 40 comes on the display

Address:B-814, 215 atrium , next to courtyard Marriott hotel,Andheri Kurla road,Andheri East Andheri East , mumbai 400093

I had purchased M71 model of beetel phone so while dialing any mobile through my landline phone
We have to press 0
but when I press 0 automatically I can see 40and then remaining 10 digit number comes on the display
So I am unable to complete any phone calls
