I have a BELKIN N150 Router which started malfunctioning within warranty period. On Nov 12, 2013 i submitted the device to their franchise service center after contacting Belkin. I was assured to get a new device in return within 10-12 working days.
It never happened. I contacted Belkin several times and they told me it is in process and got a refurbished device after 2 months on Jan 05, 2014.
The device returned by Belkin after 2 months again malfunctioned within 24 hours. I contacted Belkin and informed about the faulty device and resubmitted the device on Jan 07, 2014.
Until now i have not received my device back. I contacted Belkin several times and came to know the registration (RMA Number) which they gave me was invalid and they have not started taking action on the faulty device yet. I told them to provide another RMA Number so that it goes under process. But nothing has happened till now.
Lately I got a call from their corporate office to solve my problem. I was assured that my problem will be sorted out soon as possible. The representative told me that they will send me a new device within 7-10 days. He mentioned on phone that the new device was available and they will send me within 10 days.
Since now it has been more than 10 days so i called them back and i was told that the device has not been couriered yet as they do not have the device in stock.
My Call ID is BKNADS[protected]DW. Case ID is[protected]F9J1001. Complain registered on the name of PRAKASH SINGH.
It has been almost 4 months and my device is not with me. When ever i call them they tell me i will get a call back or it is in process. In between they also told me that the new device has been received by the customer by hand which i never received by the company.
I am not the only one who is suffering their bad service. I found so many similar cases on internet forums. Was this information helpful? |
