You really need to improve your after sales service. It is very poor show from a company of your stature. BKNSIV[protected] was issued by you on 12Sep13. I have even handed over the faulty Belkin router to Accel in Tardeo on 12Sep13. However, till now I have received no replacement for my faulty router. When I phone Belkin Support - they tell me to call Accel and after great difficulty of gettignthru to Accel - they tell me that Belkin has not responded to to please talk to Belkin. The bottom line is I am not getting any info or more importantly - the replacement for my router. I am being shunted from one office to another with no one wanting to take any responsibility. PLEASE ADVISE WHEN I WILL BE GETTING THE REPLACEMENT FOR MY FAULTY BELKIN ROUTER??? It has been over 3 weeks now and noting seems to be happening. Very poor after sales service...which is not expected froma multi-national company. Please look into the matter on an urgent basis and revert asap. Your staff - Suchitra at your call centre was useless and so was the staff - Mr. Parab at the Accel office in Tardeo. HOW LONG DO YOU EXPECT ME TO BE WITHOUT A WIRELESS ROUTER ???
