Company couldn't find my order and never shared an order id even after making payment. I raised my concern on their page after few days of non receipt of the order when company asked for order id. I provided payment screenshot from gpay, that when they could trace my order. I am still however waiting for my order placed in mid August sometime Was this information helpful? |
