Benetton — UCB Trolley Bag

I ordered this bag from Myntra in March 2021 but its TSA lock is not getting fixed and still my bag is not opening.. I am trying to contact benetton team on its customer care number but no response..

My bag has 3yrs of warranty, please help me. This bag had become useless material for me now because lock is not opening and there is no clue provided by benetton how to reset your permanent password.
