My order number is P03892377 and the product is a green sweater, size XL-R. But I need a larger size, either a XL-L or an XXL. The product arrived today and I’ve now spent an enormous amount of time trying to reach the company. They don’t provide contact numbers and there is absolutely no way to reach them. What’s worse, they have no stores in Connecticut where I live. I only need to exchange the product for one that fits or get a refund. For now I feel like I’ve been scammed. I ordered this bag from Myntra in March 2021 but its TSA lock is not getting fixed and still my bag is not opening.. I am trying to contact benetton team on its customer care number but no response..

My bag has 3yrs of warranty, please help me. This bag had become useless material for me now because lock is not opening and there is no clue provided by benetton how to reset your permanent password.

I recently bought two shirts mrp: rs 2899 for each (With an offer of buy 2 at 50 percent off)

According to my knowledge my bill should have been 2899 rs. But my bill was 3246 rs which was mrp (2899) plus gst.

What i understand is:

Mrp is the final price of a product including all the taxes. If we are paying gst on the mrp, then we are charged double the tax amount that we should normally be paying.

Can you please confirm

I buy more then 8 cloths from you NIT Faridabad benetton outlet on 21/04/2012. After two attempt one of them is faulty.Please find attachment for proof.
I visited outlet but your manager not replacing it. And told me benetton outlet sales faulty cloths & they will not replace it. I can go for Indian Consumer Court againt Benetton too.

I already buy other stuff from Benetton but not tested all yet. I think Benetton cheated Indian coustomers.
