Bengal Home Services — microwave servicing and repair warranty was not fulfilled | |||||
My wife hired a service of repairing, from bengal home services for a lg microwave on april 2, 2019 with a booking id 554598. After only two days of the service provision, the microwave broke down. My wife registered a complaint again to bengal home services on april 16, 2019 by calling complaint number on the invoice. Since then till date no service has Been provided where as it is clearly mentioned in the bill that there is 30 days warranty on spare and service (Copy of bill in voice attached herewith). We have made enormous numbers of call to agency office and to the technician who visited for the service (Copy of mobile phone bill attached herewith). The receptionists of the organisation have behaved rudely for several times. They have promised to send technicians to check the device but till date there has been no service at all. Thus for a long time we have been mentally harassed by these actions carried out by the service organisation. Finally i request to sort out this problem by providing the promised service or refund the repairing charges. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is a cheating company making fools of the customers my AC was serviced by them on 22nd august 2019 and from the very next day it was not running they charged in total 2450 for the same and now not entertaining any more but promised 30 day warranty

Very Bad service and also very poor receptionist. Cust ID : 772458
On 1/09/2020 customer id 127665 we gave our LED tv for servicing as it was dead . Technician told us motherboard has some problem it has to repair or replace will cost around 7000 if replace. After almost 8days we received our tv, they said they only repaired it & charged us 6500/ . As they said before if they replace it will cost 7000. They're fraud . Next day problem start again & our tv is dead now. They're giving us attitude for calling them for servicing. They're just cheating with people.
