Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Metro card recharge-But top up did not happen and amount not reversed

Dear Sir, COMPLAINT NO. #5411
I have top up my Metro card 6/12/20 with my HDFC Debit card and unfortunately amount debited and recharge didnot happened and I have tried 2nd time and this time also there was some issue but later on I spoke to customer care and sent mail and later on I have received mail from BMRCL that to go to any metro station and show the mail they will re charge it. When I reached they have recharged only Rs.500 and told me that there is no other credit from my side. I have checked with HDFC bank and also sent a complaint to Ombudsman and they have confirmed with a mail that the amount is with BMRCL.

In this situation requesting you to kindly look into it and arrange to refund the ampount to me at the earliest, other wise I have to go for other alternatives.
