Dear Sir/Madam, Today, 18/10/2021 morning I arrived in Goraguntepalya Namma Metro station at 6am. As per your employees in the Station, the first Train was at 6.10.Only those having card were allowed inside. There was no one to issue ticket at the cash counter. The Ticket counter personnel arrived only after 6.10am train departure. The tickets were issued by 6.20am. Please take necessary action.
