I am staying in samridhi grand mahagun moderne, sector-78, noida and submitted a cheque for 1 yrs. Subscription for delivery of times of india and economic times news paper at my residence in july, 2019. The cheque for rs.1193 was cleared and debited to my account also. But i have not received coupons so far. Nor delivery of news paper so far. I had to contacted the person whom i handed over my cheque and subsequently to call centre and then mr. Bhupender but all in vain despite my call and messages to him. Please arrange coupons/delivery of newspaper or refund of above amount to me at earliest. The cheque was cleared and debited to my account also.
