      I have been approached to join the club on march 2019 by a telecaller. I visited the club and was about to join with their basic plan of 15, 000/- but they spoke with me and said you ll have 10 years membership for 30000/- and there is a surrender benefit so you can surrender the membership and get the refund amount for worth at that time. Once I became the member the club ahs closed its operations and I am not able reach anyone.
      After some time when I got the message that club has opened I asked them for refund as I am willing to surrender and I dnt want to continue the membership on 2020 but they have ridiculed me saying it's not possible and they will never do it.
      Now again they have sent message saying that my membership is deactivated so you will have to pay another 2000/- to reactivate digital membership else you will not be able to continue using the club facilities in other places.
      I have already been cheated for 30000/- now they are trying to do it again. This should be stopped

            I joined by paying 30k for 5 yrs. at Attapur club but within 3 months club vanished without any information or traces, only security guard for few days who was telling that services will resume soon.

            But club officials and all vanished without intimation or notice.

              Last year ms. Madhumita call me to activate you membership, so pls provide your credit card which paid at the time of membership, so i gave and she is swiped in bvc machine rs. 40, 000/- and she told to return to credit card bank, but she is a fraud and till now no info

                I nagasubramanian wished to join as a member by paying just 2000 p m for 15 months on e m i basis which was only explained by one miss. Leela she further said that i have to pay in full and the balance will be credited to my account with in half an hour but not kept their words and i under stood that i have been cheated and i gave them a letter on the next day itself to cancel my membership and return my money for which i got acknowledgement. After so many personnel visit and explained my
                Then i wrote mail and sent registered post to the company but no response. These were happened from the date of joining on 6 th june 2019
                To 9th sept 2019.
                On 10th of sept 2019 i was called for transfer of my membership to some body and i was assured that i will be given my money by deducting sone
                2000 rs as administration charges for which i had to swipe on my card for
                Re 1 believing i did and shockingly i was debited for another 35000 and
                I was compelled to sign some application for elevating my membership to
                Elie card holder these are done by one miss madumitra.

                Again after fighting so much i was allowed to speak to one mr sam the higher officer they say and he assured me that i will settle my issue but
                After giving so many cut off dates one day he said i quit my job. And said
                Everybody in this issue resigned and it is not believable.

                As a last resort i approached by phone mr saravanan the founder and m d
                Of that company he said he will verify and fix an appointment to speak
                To him in person but even after a lapse of more than two months he has not
                Called me or spoke to me over phone when i tried through phone he is not
                Picking up my phone and i suspect that he would have blocked my number,
                I had given him many watsapp but no reply. I have proof of voice recording
                And watsapp soft copy etc.

                  I've been offered a life time membership card of this club for inr10000/- as i refused to pay they convinced me to pay by the installment option of inr2500 for four months. I paid first installment and i got a acknowledgement but there was no acknowledgment for my second payment till now. Yesterday i paid inr5000/- to complete the payment. After receiving the amount they told that the membership price has increased as inr15000/- so i need to pay inr500/- extra there was no prior intimation that they gonna increase the charge and even there was not at all fallow back after my second installment the reason they are saying for that was the telecaller who (Don't want to use the name) spoke with me was not there for a long so a new person (Don't want to use the name) speak with me that i have to pay inr5000/-. Finally i no more want your membership please refund me the money with in a week. I can't wait two months for your convenience as the person asked so.

                  I have rarely used club card after they started charging me annual maintenance charges. I would like to sue them in consumer court if others would support me.                     I am Praveen iam one of the person joined in Benze club

                    I had got a call from Benze Vaccations Club and her name is janani. She was talking nice till giving a sum 11000 after the payment she doesn't care of taking the calls. The offers they said is full fake.

                    1. Massage is done with free of cost but If I go and ask for it they said u have a sim of amount.
                    2. Tour is full and full free and a guide will be provided they said and there is no such thing.
                    3.They said gym and other sorts of things but there weren't.
                    How they thing to work in this type of cheating business.

                      I also saw many complaints on your benze club about its integrity and services to customers.

                      Did you taken any action to improve your services to members?
                      Are you following any business ethics..
                      I am hesitating to pay annual maintenance charges.

                        I have paid rs.10, 000 towards goldmembership and one of telecaller called asked additional 10000 towards conversion of gold to lifetime membership the additional amount 10000 paid willbe converted into 10 emi. But afteraweek the same telecaller called me dueto network issue club couldnot convert intoemi and again she asked metomake the payment of10000 and willget therefund 20, 000/- to getmy 20, 000 back i have made the payment like that shehave collected upto 1lakhs. Now she is asking to take crownmembership which is rs.1 lakhs. I am salaried person and to get refund ihave forcefully paidup to rs.1 lakhs the same couldnot get itback

                          I have paid march 5th 2018 for life time mebrship amount rs.10000, sales person told take 15000 amount i accpet but my credit card only in 10000, he mention 5 thousand balance. But i call coustomercare you give 10000 card only. But she is not inform i am waiting nearly weeks no response. The ask directly in benzene club manger he told my name also mention wrongly. Not create card. So i told no need membership card refuns my amount. Next week go to talk benze ceo he told give refund for last wednesday but till date not pay 10000, i have pay for march 5th, but don't give any membership card or any verification. I told no need membership i need refund my payment last 3 weeks. No one response. Every one cheated. Kindly arrange to refund my amount.

                          I have only document for transaction through my axis bank credit card transfer the account through just dial payment gateway.

                          nearly 6 month completed, i went to that clube each time different manger talk to me. but not refund amount. my 10000 not to give anything. I am waiting for refund amount.

                          I have rs. 10000 for my office name. He told 15000 but i am having 10000 in my credit card once paid i have inform related manger to create account for 10000 rs scheme. I am waiting one month but not register and send the coupon and membership card. So i have ask after 2 month refund my amount. I am not believe your company. I have nearly 7 times went to that company. Each time different person talk to me. All managers told we will refund with in week. But not refund my amount.

                            I am a member of benze vacations club who is also cheated like many people. I would like to take legal action against them in consumer court for their unfair trade practices so that atleast hereafter people won't be losing their hard earned money by this professionally trained looters . I am looking for your support . Provide some evidences call recordings of their false promises and behaviour after getting the money. Atleast we will try to stop people from being cheated here after .please reply your support

                                  I have received a call from tele caller and based on the good faith i have visited the club. Jai & palani the sales persons has attended. Initially i have paid rs.30, 000 thru my credit card but when i checked the verification was pending, though my cc was debited, they told me to re swipe again and the originally paid amount will be re credited to my account. Based on their version, the amount was debited in my cc account thru just dial payment process for rs.30000/-, but not happened. After that i have followed them overphone and visited personally to the benze office. One fine day palani called me to check the message in my mobile and asked the otp for the re credit.in my person pressure, i have informed the otp to him and got shocked that the cc was again debited. I doubted and checked with my banker that the same was a debit transaction only. So my total amount was debited to the above club is rs.90, 000/- i have visited to the office, met them, met their accounts team swathi and other members and they are very much coolly reverting that the amount can not be re credited. When i called jai, he is not lifiting the phone and got information that he met an accident and on leave. Also called palani's mobile, some one has attended that he has resigned. I share the contacted details of calls received by on refunding the amount debited by them.

                                  When i checked the web site, the bvc is a public limited company. But it is my pathetic situation that none of the above people responded correctly and resolved the issue. Being the transactions were done by me on a good faith, i am mentally frustrated with the attitude of the employees.in addition to the above, the initial coupons sent to me (For which they have charged for courier charges), and the counts are not matched with their committed counts, the same has been shown to jai & palani, they have collected the same from me that, with the corrected count will reach thru courier. That also not received till date.

                                  Based on the above attitude, i seek guidance for the re credit of the amount including my membership fee that has been paid to the club.

                                    I have taken 10 yrs membership with benze club at attapur (Hyderabad) in the year 2016 after paying the amount via credit card the executive mr. Goverdhan told i will receive the membership card within a week's time. But to my surprise the club was shut down due to financial crisis in hyderabad. When i contacted their chennai customer care number in december 2017 they said some one from their resolution team will reach me out to resolve the issue. Neither they provided services nor do they exist in hyderabad.

                                    No clue as to whom i should get in touch with to get my money as refund. As the company no more exist its presence in hyderabad city.

                                      Koi pagal kuch numbers dala khud ka number nahi dala nahi tho galiyan sunta wo bekuf.

                                      Its total fake company took 30000 and promised to give 5 years of membership but closed all its operations and numbers and also the when we call the numbers given on website they say its wrong number. There used to be a good club in attapur but lasted for 3 months and then suddenly vanished and no single person there or any where else to contact.

                                        Hi all in case if you are planning to opt for a vacation club membership i would request you'll not to go for benz vacation club this is one of the worst vacation clubs. They steal money from you without your notice and will not repay you at all they are well trained to steal your money. I request people not to go for this vacation club by any means.

                                        I am going to launch a complaint against benz vacation club if people are ready to join me please do contact me at[protected].

                                        If you see the office address you can see a pin code which is not correct chennai pin code does not come with 641110.
