I was on holiday with my family at mahableshwar, one person came to me and my wife asked to scratch the card and offered the gift to us from nirmiti. When we went to one of the their hotel they claim to have ti - up & one girl and her manager manage to convinced us with their sweet talks and promises to become a member for 25 year for & as per there commitments they should give us dae login and password, however now it is 6 months they are not responding also their employee. I urge to get my money back from nirmiti resorts and clubs.

When we went to one of the their hotel they claim to have ti - up & one girl name tanya and her manager manage to convinced us with their sweet talks and promises to become a member for 25 year for inr 1, 33, 920 & as per there commitments they should give us dae login and password, however now it is 6 months they are not responding also their employee said dae contract is over. I urge to get my money back from nirmiti resorts and clubs.

I have taken a package with Nirmiti Resorts and Clubs during my last visit in Goa. I took this package on 7th December 2018. The projection from them was very good and showed a long list of hotels/good hotels for the packages. But it was a planned trap when later i investigated found that their tied up free stay included in packages does not include any good hotels as they committed 4 star plus.
I thought to manage with it, as they were also said that DAE user id and password will be provided but nothing worked out.
I have been following up with Nirmiti Resorts and clubs phone - [protected] from last six months and their response is very pathetic even they don't bother to respond, now i am totally fed up with these people. I urge to get my money back from Nirmiti Resorts and Clubs.

Nirmiti resorts and club is a fraud company looting people in name of membership for domestic and international resorts. Their customer support team is very uncooperative, superiors are worst, their resort list is not as they suggested and displayed at the time of inclusion in membership. They never call back for our questions. They ruined our planned trip on our planned holidays.

I have purchased 3 years membership for 45000/- inr in april, 2018 but due to their attitude and behavior, i am not able to utilize any holidays.
Now i am seeking refund, but they are not responding.
There are many people who are looted by this fraud company.

So, kindly look into the matter and do needful.

I went to goa in dec 2018 and like most o[censored]s i was given a scratch card and i was promised to get a gift while in return i just had to sit for a small presentation in their office. Initially i wasn't interested at all but later on when they told me that they have dae affiliation and i can travel across the world and stay in dae affiliated properties on a small fees (Around $20/night) - it is then when i changed my mind and went for it. I paid 85k for 10 years membership and i was told that the dae account creation takes 30-45 days. Now it has been more than 2 months and i got the the same reply from them which most o[censored]s received - dae renewal delayed, they are not even sure when can this renewal happen.

I think it is clear cheating & fraud.

I was approached by one of the nirmiti sales executive in lonavala for membership programme wherein they made me sit in a meeting for about 3 hours explaining different programmes ranging from 25 years to 5 year and eventually brainwashed me to get enrolled in a 5 year programme. The biggest problem is that whatever was explained during that meeting regarding the inclusions and exclusions of holidays, nothing is mentioned in writing in the contract. They promised me few things which i got to know later on from their corporate office that the programme never included those things. The sales in-charge who made the deal in lonavala and with whom i was asked to co-ordinate stopped receiving my phone, blocked my messages so that i could not reach him and ask him questions regarding false commitment. The corporate office executives are also unable to help as the commitments made during the deal are not written anywhere. Also, i got to know later on that i can't even cancel the membership programme as the money will be forfeited. It seems like i lost my 60, 000 rupees and more than that the trust which i may have had on such companies. I will never ever again go into such deals or suggest people to get enrolled with nirmiti resorts as they are cheaters and do false commitments to people while enrollment and once you are enrolled, as per the contract you cannot cancel the deal as the money will be forfeited. I would request everyone to suggest me if there is any way i can proceed further to get this sorted out.

I made a request membership in this company on 23.12.2016. I told them to cancel my membership on 26.12.2016. as per their policy the membership can be cancelled with in 14 days of request. But in my case i told them to cancel on 11th day from date of registration itself. Still now no one is giving proper information about my cancellation. every time they are saying we will check and come back to you. but no one is contacting. This is a fraud company. no service at all. so any one wants to join in this be careful
