I have taken 10 yrs membership with benze club at attapur (Hyderabad) in the year 2016 after paying the amount via credit card the executive mr. Goverdhan told i will receive the membership card within a week's time. But to my surprise the club was shut down due to financial crisis in hyderabad. When i contacted their chennai customer care number in december 2017 they said some one from their resolution team will reach me out to resolve the issue. Neither they provided services nor do they exist in hyderabad.

No clue as to whom i should get in touch with to get my money as refund. As the company no more exist its presence in hyderabad city.

Koi pagal kuch numbers dala khud ka number nahi dala nahi tho galiyan sunta wo bekuf.

Its total fake company took 30000 and promised to give 5 years of membership but closed all its operations and numbers and also the when we call the numbers given on website they say its wrong number. There used to be a good club in attapur but lasted for 3 months and then suddenly vanished and no single person there or any where else to contact.

Hi all in case if you are planning to opt for a vacation club membership i would request you'll not to go for benz vacation club this is one of the worst vacation clubs. They steal money from you without your notice and will not repay you at all they are well trained to steal your money. I request people not to go for this vacation club by any means.

I do not have any words to say about this club please do not join this club you will be cheated big time beware.

I am a life member in benze club lmk 8007. For upgrade of life to elite with my friends ms. Diya ([protected]) had spoken to me. With connection to that she send mr. Gowtham ([protected]) to my office on 8th may 2017 for upgrade i had paid 10, 000rs through my credit card. Mr. Gowtham told 9th or 10th you will get the new card with offers. On 10th i made a call to him and asked about the elite card. At evening i received a call from your office [protected] they told we are processing your emi so if you receive any otp regarding this please inform. I asked they why you are asking otp. They told this is a process and given the call to someone they told i am a accounts manager this is the process sir you please tell otp. As a member of benze with faith i informed otp. Once again 10, 000.00rs is debited from my credit card.
Without my knowledge, they misused my credit card. How they know my cvv number. I given my credit card to mr. Gowtham on 8th may 2017 for swipe. He only swiped the card. I informed they regarding to this they told we will refund this amount. A person who introduced him as a manage called me [protected]. He told this is wrongly done sir we will refund the amount within 2hrs. But they not done so far. Today you mr. Rakesh spoken to me and given the assurance that to refund the amount to my credit card on or before 15th of may 2017.
I never and ever except this kind of activity in benze club. How can they cheating member. I want to know one thing this all are happening with the benze club knowledge. Are you encouraging they. This is big black mark to benze club.
As per your words i am furnishing my credit card details to you for refund.
I am once again asking you to look in to this issue how your employees are cheating benz member. This play will not help benze to grow in future.

Hi i'm david here there was a girl who kept calling me to upgrade my membership, her name was abhi. When i reached benze vacation club office i meet a guy called rajesh so called to be a manager. He explained me about the membership details and told me to pay 15, 000 which i said i'm not interested, later he offered me 10, 000 and some coupons i agreed for it and then a girl came in to check for the payment i gave her my card without checking she swiped 15, 000, i need to pay 10, 000 i told them to repay 5000 they said we will refund the hole amount of 15, 000 and insisted me to pay 10, 000 again which i did. I have paid a complete amount of 25, 000 on saturday. Which they have still not refunded my 15, 000 this make clear that how cheap you guys are i do not want a membership in your club and i want my hole money 25, 000 to be refunded asap. I am the Royal Membership of Benze vocational club Hyd., and I have paid Rs.22, 000/- to the club my ID No TMHK322 DURING THE YEAR 2013.But I have not availed any benefits from the Club, Some body says this club is fraud and chitin the people. informed that due to their MD's Birthday celebration they are opening their
membership with this amount. but till now it will not happened i already
sent mail regarding my issue before 1 month. After that your concern

the amount within 5 days . But till know i didn't not get any response from
him. so do the needful as soon as possible or else i will create this issue
as a social problem. you guys are called and forced us to enroll but you
didn't not open an membership till now. the problem with your side only.
try to rectify my problem as soon as possible.

*The owner has to spend lots of money for advertising and paying salary
for executives to enroll one public as their customers. Because of these
workers irresponsibility you are not loosing one customers. you are losing
thousands of customers. From one customers good reference the name of your
bank will reach thousands of people and many of them willing to enroll
themselves as your customer. Due to this issues you are spoiling your
customers satisfaction. In some case if the workers are not good, then the
loss will be only for the owners. If, It get continued it leads to closing
the big concern itself. With my personal experience . i am sharing this for
your welfare and development of your Concern, since i too benefited from
your bank some times. *

I joined benze club in september 2015 and paid 300000 for the membership i have all the coupons for 5 yes but they closed the attapur club after summer saying that it was under renovation and will be open by september 2016 but it never opened and i never used the coupons and deceived by them i want strict action to be taken against them and more over they are calling for fresh membership via online payment but when i got the membership executive camera to my house and took the payment.

Cancel the registration and refund the amount sir. Full details of plan not informed me and they make false statement and made money from me.

Permanent vip card you have it is vip card, no annual fees for ten years and extra free service you

And rs.20, 000/- in emi of your bank account on monthly basis. So i have paid the amount of rs.40, 000/-
By cash on 21.06.2016. Ramya told that after enquiry your amount transferred to in your account. Then
Customer enquiry through phone and confirmation of rs.90, 000/-. Therefore i have paid the amount to

But till now we have not received the amount of rs.60, 000/- as per your customer executive ms. Ramya
Tatement. Then i will contact onwards 27.06.2016 ramya phone is only ringing not pick up. After that
I came to your corporate office and i know ramya is leave for three days, but anybody response to this
Issues. Then i have contact mr. Ranjith, admin he told that ramy come within two days. But no
Response till now. Then finally mr. Ranjith told that you contact gm - admin. I came to your office
On 18.07.2016 for meet to g. M., the reception and mr. Ranjith told wait for five minutes and meet to
G. M. But i have wait more than 45 minutes no response at your office.

Till now any response at your end. So i want to my return amount of rs.60, 000/- transferred in my sbi

We are a member of benze vacation club. We joined the club around 4 years earlier. We had many fake commitments. Even though we also left but now it isn't even being maintained. The play area is full of trees, no water in swimming pool, and many many more. If we ask they would say we are going to open a new branch and they keep on saying for past 3 years at coimbatore. So i wish you would take some action against them.

I was assured of a lifetime membership for Rs.7500 without holiday voucher. After paying that amount now they are demanding further more amount and claims that I cannot have a membership without paying further money. If I donot pay they say we will not get our money back. I called saravanan and his manager's numbers and no response from them. This is a clear case of cheating. Now when I came online I saw many were cheated like me. Worst Service ever I have seen . I am from Hyderabad and taken the membership from Attapur place .Its like They call us and explain about membership . Later, appointment to explain the membership through a sales Executive. They commit so much but after taking the membership, we came to know that nothing is as explained by them. They give complimentary goa package for 7 nights and 8 days but when we go for booking, we were told that as this is december, it is running full. But at the time of taking the membership, they said we need to book it 15 days before without any terms and conditons. There are many such fake commitments done by them which is still not fulfilled. Its not as satisfied as we thought.

I am a member of BENZE VACCATION CLUB since 2014 . while starting the membership i saw the jublee hills branch and concern person told me that they are starting a new model of swimming pool with automatic temperature, at that they contact my family members with out my knowledge and they get the money at last i also impresed after seeing the property. the manager RAJANI KUMAR and NARSING ROA they both came to property also and showed me clear infor about begumpet property, i ask they regarding Restaurant/ Bar as they say that under process. they taken a cheque of 1 lakh immediately as Month end offer. they promised me 5 gold coins and 2 holiday trips for my family members . Due to some personal reasons i am not in INDIA travel to abroad came back after 3 months . I heard a shocking news that BEGUMPET club is still under process and JUBLEE HILLS CLUB is not there and the office which they given Greenlands, Begumpet is not there and the contact numbers which they are given are not working . So i contact direct Mr sarvanan he is MD of BENZE CLUB thru my personal references from Chennai . First of all CHENNAI based companies or fraud, u need to agreed and sarvanan is responded for my 1st call and given the complaint regarding the issue he say that i an traveling will call me back within 1 hour . Again i called him he is disconnecting my call and not all lifting my calls to . one fine day Mr narsing is arrested by by police in begumpet branch due to another issue and in formed they regarding the amount which i payed they says that not refundable to us . still we didn't get the cards and gold coins and holiday offers also . we lost our money to so my dear friend s don't trust them . They qutoes to us see like : "Benze Vaccations Club believes in helping its customers as far as possible"

and he told me that he will give swiped acknoldgement paper 2 days later, due to machine problem

After that i came to know that, he swiped 12,0000

He came to me and given Recipt as 12,000 with swiped acknoldgment paper also and he promissed me that, it was mistake, soon will returm to your account.

Then i have contacted to their office, but helpless from them also.
