I received a call from a representative from Benze Club, who was very rude, when I enquired the reason for the call.

I had come to benze vaccations club with a friend off mine n really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The stakes here were to die for them .On taking a look around i decided to checking into the resort as it was centrally located with a nice swimming pool with it.overall its a god stay

We stayed at the resort for a couple of days when we went to Chennai for a send off. The club is located at a calm yet busy location and is well worth the money. The rooms are air conditioned and very well maintained. Compared to others in Chennai the rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable

The above comment is given by the vendor itself so please don't believe this and waste your money.

Hi am Rajasekar.I got a call from valasaravakkam Benze vacations club Manager named Chandru stating that they were offering Life time membership card for Rs.20, 000. He sent a representative named Irfan to my room at porur. He has given Mr.Chandru's visiting card and mentioned his email address in it for identification.He got signature in the form and swiped my card there itself and gave some tickets for their program and their club catalogue. He asked me to send residential proof and ID proof and I told him i will send it to his email id the next day. I called their customer care number and cross checked the details and found all the things they promised me mismatched. So I have sent a mail as well as called Chandru, Irfan and BVC inda's customer care to cancel the membership immediately and return back the amount to me. Chandru promised me that he will return back the entire amount the next day but I should meet prabavathy in the main branch the next day. I am shocked to see their mail next day from their customer care that the membership details could not be cancelled. I met prabavathy and she spoke with me in a rude way that the membership could not be cancelled and ask me to do whatever I can. So I am going to file a case in consumer court and Still I haven't submitted any of the proofs they asked and even membership is also not activated let them have the pain for sure.

The offers and controversies I met:
1.Membership includes 2 nights and 3 days trip to GOA with stay for 5 persons at no extra cost but now they are telling like I have to pay them utility charge of Rs.5000 for the trip with a condition of only 3 persons allowed per room and one more room we should get for another 2 person which will be our cost.
2. plenty of services for the Life time members such as Swimming pool, Horse Riding, Snookers and billiards, and I can use Tennis court and cricket ground, volley ball court [ Everything is in the catalogue provided by them ] in any of their 6 clubs including valasaravakkm club. But I went to valasaravakkam club and am shocked to see any of the above facilities available there.
3.Members can stay for 5 persons up to 5 nights every year at no extra cost in any of their properties. But now they are telling like utility charges of Rs.750 for each room should be paid and only 2 members will e allowed.
4.Members can get up to 8 persons with them to the club at no cost but now they are telling like we should pay some amount for each person entering the club for swimming on hourly basis.
5.More over they told like the amount will be converted into 12 months EMI's at 0% interest. But I got nearly 1400 as extra charge for converting it into 9 months EMI.
6. I told her that these were the offers given by your representative and manager. But she told that there are no persons working in that name and we are getting the orders by the people from various service consultancies and they are giving false promises, We are not responsible for that.
7. I asked prabavathy about the horse riding and grounds in the catalogue but her answer is very much humorous to hear that they were in Coimbatore club and not here. Then why the hell you are showing these catalogue to people in chennai and cheating them.

I hereby like to warn all the consumers who would like join any vacation club. The Benze Vacation club by its name everything seems to good but they are the greatest cheaters I ever faced they will say that they will give you lot of benefits as we are their prestige customers but in the end once we joined they don’t even bother to respond they don’t even consider that they are owing the services for the money they got from us. I have joined this club in just two weeks back only in that itself I really fed up these folks I don't know about existing customers conditions. These folks called me several and wasted lot o[censored]seful timings and finally I gave appointment to this folks’ one stupid guy came to my home and showed lot o[censored]seless stories in his laptop his name is sarath ([protected]). Then he called several folks from that org and he promise me lot of options and as the first thing he collected the money and promised that I will get the all my package and benefits by that evening itself after that I didn’t received any call or any response from their end. When I tried to reach them I need to try more than 10 times for someone to respond my call the kind of response which you would never expect from any hospitality industry, the sales guy who collected the money for this club seems to be vanished in the air I can’t reach him over phone. I had complained about this to all of there Local Help desk (Chennai, Erode, Coimbatore) nobody turned up and I called his Managing director (Saravanan – [protected]) and General Manager I don't know that useless folk name and number) and they committed to resolve this issue in a day but after next day I called these folks several times none of the folks are picking up the phone. {Who committed to resolve this issue resolve this issue seems to be there in another world). There simple motto is to collect money live on it and then forget. I don’t know how they are able to sleep by cheating others won’t they feel ashamed of themselves by doing these shameful acts. I have the bill for the payment which I made along with the signature of the sales guy (Sarath) with all the benefits which I can enjoy written by his own hand on behalf of his (Useless & cheating) club. I am planning to file a case against them (the cheaters) .Helpdesk (useless desk) which don’t know how to behave or respect the customers just for the name sake they are there! I feel bad how in the world I decided to join this club. In my light I am warning the consumers not to join this club.

These people are not true at any level. Police raid is very frequent in this restaurant. This club is worse than the prostitution lodges. Please avoid going to this club with the family.

I was collected a sum of rs 10000rs for lifetime menbership. And i have made the payment through cheque for rs 10000 favouring benze club chennai through my IOB bank account and the same sum of money was debit by benze club and no meembership was provided when i used to call or contact the people in the concern no response and no call back i was cheated by the concern. please be careful while you get the call from benze vacational club team. truely fraud.

I have been the recent victim of this club, due to continuous phone calls by their tele calling females I gave an appointment to their representative, a person came to me saying that he is the Assistant Manager of the Club and assured me lots and lots of attractive services like Entertainment events twice in a month, Private Beach, Open Air Theatre, Family Events at their ECR Club and I will receive Free Tickets at my Door Step. I paid Rs. 15, 000 for Life Membership and after payment when I called that person, he never picked up the call. After trying so many numbers, at last I got through to one of their staff members who said that the particular person got relieved from service. I did not received even New Year Tickets. Afterwards, I get contacted with their Chennai Manager who said that I have to pay further Rs. 500 per year for receiving Tickets at my Doorstep through Courier, I even paid that Rs. 500, but once again I have received only one event ticket and that too for only 2 persons as against committed by their Assistant Manager as 6 persons. I visited their ECR club and to my great shock there is no Private Beach, Open Air Theatre, etc. As their Chairman claims in this Comments Column as their Club is in growing stage then they should not have given false commitments just to attract customers which equal to cheating. I am also a member of this club. Paid Rs. 8000. total fraud. All are rude guys and even the girls too are rokes. Dont trust any single bit of these guys. I spent Saturday and Sunday at the benze Beach Resorts. For the beachcomer, it was very nice staying out there

We travel led with two other families for a short stay. The cottages were excellent, very spacious and superbly furnished!! Our son loved the open air shower. The beach is a short walk away, but there were not many guests at the beachfront.

I am Ramesh (Mobile # [protected]) here. I have paid the membership amount based on Benze Club – telecaller Brinda’s words/ commitments on 31st March 2010. She has given the following promises. But she has resigned from the club now. No others from her office (Benze Club – Ashok Nagar office) is helping me to provide the membership card and other facilities. Finally I got the Mr. Saravanan mobile number and called him. He responded on 20th Apr 2010 and agreed to resolve the issues.

Commitments:
1. Life time Silver card Coimbatore membership (Transferable)
2. 2 nights and 3 days free vacation (Including food, stay…except travelling charges) 
3. Yearly once – vacation coupon for 2 nights and 3 days at any place in India
4. Free stay @ Chennai or ECR club stay

BUT NOTHING I HAVE RECEIVED SO FAR . Only she has sent the receipt for my money and application form. I have sent the filled application also.

After a discussion with Mr. Saravanan (MD, Benze Club), I have written the below mail to Saravanan mail ID - saravanan.[protected]@yahoo.com. So far no responses. But expecting his response.

Also still I have not received my membership card and other coupons. She was promised that she will send a Coimbatore CLUB card and other special coupons. Nothing is happening and also today I heard that she was resigned the job from Sakthi/ Charles/ Ashok/ Parasuraman. I was shocked and I decided to call you.

As discussed could you please look into this issue and provide me a solution. Please do the needful at the earliest. Really I am disappointed with your team services.

Next Day – 21st Apr 2010:

Today I tried Ashok Nagar office folks so many times to the following numbers. They are not picking at all. Even they are cutting the calls after seeing my number. I tried Mr. Saravanan. His mobile number is switched off. I tried Mr. Stalin. He is not at all picking the call, just ringing. Overall I tried these people on their mobile numbers at least 100 times 

Sakthi / Charles – [protected] / 61 – Not responding – They are also promised to provide me Coimbatore Benze Club card yesterday.
Ashok – [protected] – Not responding – Today he told me that within 10 minutes I will call you to provide the information.
Brinda – [protected] – Only her grandmother is picking the call and saying that she is not available.
Stalin –[protected] – Not responding - Just ringing

I don’t know what to do and whom to contact. Only my faithful person Mr. Saravanan (MD, Benze Club). Hopefully he will help me to resolve my issues with BENZE CLUB.

I have paid huge money in the benz club for the membership. the people woh are working there are very bad in the way they behave. They cheated me in many way. Don't ever believe these kind of club's. Life is like a mirror. I am damn sure they are gonna face lot of problems in future. I will make cry very soon. we made some complaints about this club and as per our ADMK V V I P concern we need to wait for few more months. most probably coming june there will be no benz club. All the people who are working in benz club will be counting the jail rods as a prisoners.

I am writing this letter with very high hopes on you, and believe that you will consider my request or complaint.

First of all My name is Mohammed Sanaullah, Member in Benze Vaccations Club since 22nd Feb 2011, my member ship number is LMM 7610.

I feel very very bad to bring this to your notice, that the executives and the branch managers at Benze are not doing their job in a fair way. I really don’t know if they have been assigned some kind of targets to achieve for the month so that they get some attractive incentives.

What ever be the state of the employees of Benze Club, I feel they should be genuine when they convince a customer to get the membership. They start with polite words, tell load of good features about Benze club etc etc, once the customer pays the amount and gets the membership and tries to get some help from the employees of Benze the response will be very poor and the behavior will be like third rate behavior. I am not telling this with someone’s interference, it happen to me and that’s the reason I am writing this letter to you hoping some good thing will happen to me, being a life time member of Benze Vaccations Club.

When your Tele Caller “Nithya” called me on 19th Feb 2011 I was with my Girl Friend in my bed room, she disturbed it and after that my Girl Friend never came back to me. This was the first mistake I did, that I picked up the phone.

Nithya then told the features of the club like, its lifetime membership, we have Billiards, carom, TT, Swimming pool, AC/Non-AC rooms, Restaurant @ 40% off, Bar, etc. etc. She also told that we get party halls for some b’day functions for free and other things. She told that the room will be for free up till 5person including the member and if it exceeds 5person then we have to pay some extra amount.

Then she gave the phone to Mr. Dinesh (he told he was the Branch Manager) he then confirmed all the things when Nithya told, he also told that everything will be free, and I will also get a Gold Coin (1gm) as a privileged member, he then told about the amount which is 15k and also told that it can be repaid to the bank in EMI at no extra cost i.e no processing fee, no service tax.

I believed it and accepted to pay the money, immediately (within 30 mins) one more Executive Mr. Chandru called in got the address of my home, brought the Swipe machine, and I paid the amount Rs 15000/- he told he will get me the Gold Coin, and massage coupons the next day itself. Till date I never got anything.

Then the next shock was, I got a call from my bank and they told that Rs. 15000/- is been converted to EMI and for this the processing fee of Rs. 1650/- and Service Tax of Rs. 165/- is added, I told them what Mr. Dinesh informed me, but they refused to accept it. I called Mr. Dinesh to inform about this, he shouted at me like anything and we were in a big verbal fight over the phone. Then he told that he will send some mails to the corporate office and will revert the charges which did not happen till date. After this incident whenever I called him he never answers my phone his number is +91- [protected].

Then the next shock of my life, I went to visit the ECR Resort with my friends and I met Mr. Leo he told that if we have to stay in room we have to pay Rs. 1450/- approx for twin sharing bases. I then told him what Mr. Dinesh told me, he told its all lie, and all the marketing people will say some lie to cover the customer but whatever I tell (Mr. Leo) is what is true. I got vexed and returned.

Then the next shock I went to Mount Road Club with one of my friend to play Billiards, there I got the news that its only for 30mins and for guest we have to pay Rs. 20 as fees.

I really got confused why did I pay Rs. 15000 + Processing Fee + Service Tax for??? Everywhere I go, I have to pay money, for this if I want to book a room per day I can directly go to any hotel or lodge and can stay for 24hrs for around Rs. 1500/- if I want to pay billiards there are lots of snooker points where I can play it for Rs. 50/- per hour and if I want to swim I can go to any swimming pool and pay Rs. 50 for hour.

Why should I be a member and then to pay for all activities??? I need a clear explanation why your employees told lie to me and cheated me.

If this is not going to happen I am going to send you a court notice against forgery, and mis-leading common people.

I am sending this letter to my advocate and also to one of the media (news paper). If I don’t get a proper explanation I will be publishing it, and will be meeting you in the court.

I'm a Member(Not Proud of) Since May 2009...I visited the club in mount road recently with my friends for dinner and returned home..nothing but with disappointment...9pm isn't that good enough to visit a restaurant for a dinner, the big (I mean it) in the reception doesn't have any clue what I'm talking about, they let me in only after having a heated conversation. Another The Restaurant Manager, he doesn't want a take order since we had a conversation with the receptionist..he made us wait for 20 min even though there were only few customers present at that time.. he never asked me whether i want to order more or not he just brought the bill without me asking first i don't know what he was thinking, this is one of the worst service in my life... I guess the roadside shops are much more customer friendly when compared to this ... We fell in love with this place. Th setting is absolutely beautiful and you will feel like you are at the end of the world. Beautiful locations with hardly anyone on them,handsome wooden architecture... Note that the resort is absolutely huge.

The food was mostly excellent, with many choices in Asian food and a few in Western food. We mostly ate on one of the two outdooor terraces overlooking the pool. The air-coniditonned indoor rooms were great too except on the weekend where families with kids were there in force, Then those rooms got really noisy. .

The staffs were great, night entertainment was designed to foster contact among the guests.

All in all a really relaxing and fun stay at Benze vacations.

I 1st got a call from Benz tele caller around 8th Oct giving me all the rosy pictures on all membership. She said she wants a quick 5 minutes appointment to explain the membership through a sales chap. I 1st gave an appoitment on 12th Oct and later moved it to 15th Oct as the decision is my fathers and he was not available on 12th.

I got a call on 14th Oct from the same telecaller confirming the appointment and asking me the mode of payment. I told her how can u even ask me about payment when I have not even decided if I am taking or not. Again on 15th Oct morning I got a call from Telecalling head asking me the same thing and I gave her the same response. The sales chap came to my office at 11:15, was made to wait for 5 minutes and was guided to my father. My father met him and said he will decide in a while .

After the sales chap left, I got a call from [protected] in a threatning way ( I have recording of this, as all my calls are auto recorded from unknown numbers ) asking me why u did not meet and you made your father who knows nothing meet. Who is he to decide my father knows nothing. He has been a Gymkhana Madras member for 20 years now. I told him, its my fathers call and the guy was met. Its for us to decide. Then he asked me why did u ask me to come i[censored] dont want to take. And pay the petrol cost. I hung the phone as these guys are threatning.

I would request you all to refrain from even thinking about these guys.

As the above two executives agreed, we have paid through our Credit Cards for Rs.50000/- each. Mr.Suresh also assured me of giving the Smart Card and other coupons etc when i visit Chennai on 24.10.2015.

But to our dismay, both of them not available at your Chennai Office(Rayala Towers) and were not picking the phone on 24.10.2015. I met Ms.Yazhini([protected]) first, as she called me as per the instructions of Mr.Suresh. She demanded Rs.6000/- to process my application. When I protested and insisted on meeting Mr.Suresh or Mr.Selva, she brough another Ms.Hasini([protected]). She was also on the same line with different details of the scheme we selected. Then she took me to Mr.Ranjith, AM([protected]). He was so rude and not at all listening and insisted on payment and told me to pay and he would do the all the above including conversion of EMI on zero interest.

After wasting more than 2 hours at your office for no fault of mine, I left office as there was no response/action from your team. They are all not apologist for the act of your executives and disowning the responsibility of BENZE.

Again one Mr.Kumar([protected]) from Customer Care has called and assured me of reply by today morning. As there was no call from him, I have contacted him by 2 PM. He told me that he would call me by 4 PM. But again no response from any of your collegues.

When I saw the complaints/responses in web against your company, I read your reply then decided to give a go. But unfortunately, I am being cheated by your company.

I expect an immediate action and redressal as agreed by your executives for myself and Mr.Vetrivelan. We were ready to pay Rs.50000/- through Credit Card, do you think we will agreed to pay the remaining on later date? Both Mr.Suresh and Mr.Selva not picking up the phone.

I request you to ensure delivery of the agreed items immediately or refund the money.

I agree with you sanjay. Not only they will pickup the phone. they will keep on changing their names also. will tell us that the guy has left the company like that. they were collecting money whatever they can get like that. from somebody they have collected only 5k from some body 15k like that. how ever dont know when it is going to be closed.

5000 you paid five years member only, one year gym out side 12500/-

Sales executive Mr. Venkat informed that you can avail life time membership for just Rs. 5000 and you referred my two friends in this scheme. But why did't u called benze office before sign form And this right way to solution.one year gym in outside 12500/- but you lifetime 5000/- otherwise u do like this god will no what to do, good luck!

Hi Suresh, Who gave Rs.5000 for Lifetime membership, anybody not will given this amount. In chennai any club you will go, the membership rate is above Rs. 25000, The sales Executive told to wrong commitment, so how you believe it. why you not think about. Dont' do like this false commands.

I got a call from valasaravakkam Benze vacations club Manager named Chandru stating that they were offering Life time membership card for Rs.20, 000. He sent a representative named Irfan to my room at porur. He has given Mr.Chandru's visiting card and mentioned his email address in it for identification.He got signature in the form and swiped my card there itself and gave some tickets for their program and their club catalogue. He asked me to send residential proof and ID proof and I told him i will send it to his email id the next day. I called their customer care number and cross checked the details and found all the things they promised me mismatched. So I have sent a mail as well as called Chandru, Irfan and BVC inda's customer care to cancel the membership immediately and return back the amount to me. Chandru promised me that he will return back the entire amount the next day but I should meet prabavathy in the main branch the next day. I am shocked to see their mail next day from their customer care that the membership details could not be cancelled. I met prabavathy and she spoke with me in a rude way that the membership could not be cancelled and ask me to do whatever I can. So I am going to file a case in consumer court and Still I haven't submitted any of the proofs they asked and even membership is also not activated let them have the pain for sure.

The offers and controversies I met:
1.Membership includes 2 nights and 3 days trip to GOA with stay for 5 persons at no extra cost but now they are telling like I have to pay them utility charge of Rs.5000 for the trip with a condition of only 3 persons allowed per room and one more room we should get for another 2 person which will be our cost.
2. plenty of services for the Life time members such as Swimming pool, Horse Riding, Snookers and billiards, and I can use Tennis court and cricket ground, volley ball court [ Everything is in the catalogue provided by them ] in any of their 6 clubs including valasaravakkm club. But I went to valasaravakkam club and am shocked to see any of the above facilities available there.
3.Members can stay for 5 persons up to 5 nights every year at no extra cost in any of their properties. But now they are telling like utility charges of Rs.750 for each room should be paid and only 2 members will e allowed.
4.Members can get up to 8 persons with them to the club at no cost but now they are telling like we should pay some amount for each person entering the club for swimming on hourly basis.
5.More over they told like the amount will be converted into 12 months EMI's at 0% interest. But I got nearly 1400 as extra charge for converting it into 9 months EMI.
6. I told her that these were the offers given by your representative and manager. But she told that there are no persons working in that name and we are getting the orders by the people from various service consultancies and they are giving false promises, We are not responsible for that.
7. I asked prabavathy about the horse riding and grounds in the catalogue but her answer is very much humorous to hear that they were in Coimbatore club and not here. Then why the hell you are showing these catalogue to people in chennai and cheating them.

Hi Ramasamy, Iam already member in benze Vaccations Club. what they gave promise, all thing they given me. I paid lifetime membership Amount is Rs.25000, so i believe this club not cheated, The Club will come India's No 1 Club. Ok, Don't do like this false Commands.
