Dear sir, My name is a. Balasubramanian Crown membership smart card no.[protected] Member id - cmb18277 Contact number: [protected]. Your sales rep. Ms. Sona contact with me for membership card increase and offer rate today and pay the Amount of rs.10, 000/-. I have already member in your benz club for the past two years. Then i have Paid the amount of rs.5, 000/- 15.06.2016 and rs.5000/- paid on 16.06.2016. After i have payment i have Contact to ms. Sona, not pick up phone. Next day i come to your corporate office and meet ms. Ramya. Her told that ms. Sona was resigned and you have to pay extra rs.10, 000/- for getting membership card. So i have to pay rs.10, 000/- on 18.06.2016. After two days she says we want another rs.30, 000/- Because of your fund available we will check and after the confirmation we have return to the amount of Rs.30, 000/-. So i have to pay the rs.30, 000/- in my friends credit card 20.06.2016 next two days she told you are Permanent vip card you have it is vip card, no annual fees for ten years and extra free service you Have, so you have to pay another rs.40, 000/- this amount within a week returned to you of rs.60, 000/- And rs.20, 000/- in emi of your bank account on monthly basis. So i have paid the amount of rs.40, 000/- By cash on 21.06.2016. Ramya told that after enquiry your amount transferred to in your account. Then Customer enquiry through phone and confirmation of rs.90, 000/-. Therefore i have paid the amount to Your benz club rs.90, 000/- (Rupees ninety thousand only). But till now we have not received the amount of rs.60, 000/- as per your customer executive ms. Ramya Tatement. Then i will contact onwards 27.06.2016 ramya phone is only ringing not pick up. After that I came to your corporate office and i know ramya is leave for three days, but anybody response to this Issues. Then i have contact mr. Ranjith, admin he told that ramy come within two days. But no Response till now. Then finally mr. Ranjith told that you contact gm - admin. I came to your office On 18.07.2016 for meet to g. M., the reception and mr. Ranjith told wait for five minutes and meet to G. M. But i have wait more than 45 minutes no response at your office. Till now any response at your end. So i want to my return amount of rs.60, 000/- transferred in my sbi Account. Name: a. Balasubramanian, sbi sb a/c. No. [protected], state bank of india, adyar branch, Chennai - 600 020. Otherwise please cancellation of my membership card immediately and settle the Amount. I request to you please immediate response to this issue and most important.
