Consequent upon my complaint on overcharging, their reply and my subsequent replies sent herewith.

Happy to clarify this for you.
Our systems are designed in a way that whenever you pass through a toll (GPS suggested or otherwise), it automatically adds the toll charges to the fare.
Based on the actual route of this trip, we can see that the toll T1 Airport Surcharge (inclusive of taxes) is applicable and you've been charged correctly.
Please note that if your trip receipt does not include toll, the driver partner will be able to assist you with a receipt before asking you to pay for the toll charges in cash. It is also possible that your driver has a monthly pass or may have paid for the toll online.

My response 1:
Uber sends a message that the charges include all toll charges and nothing is to be paid by the customer. When the initial charges include the toll charges how the initial fare of Rs. 372 becomes Rs. 519/-. Pls don’t treat me as a new traveller as I have been travelling to and back from Delhi Airport terminals and the fare is always around Rs. 250/- or Rs. 350/- and never Rs. 500/-. The initial fare is taken as final fare and never changes to include toll charges as toll charges are always included in the initial fare. Pls refund Rs. 148/- immediately. I travelled from T2 and not T1.

You have not bothered to reply and refund extra amount charged from Terminal 2 Delhi Airport to Dwarka Sector 10, New Delhi Rs148/-. Pls refund overcharged amount immediately.
In view of above, grateful take immediate action to refund overcharged amount of Rs. 148/-
