Berco's — 235 tax charged

I ate at Berco's Restaurant in CP on 5 July 2017 and was charged 23% taxes. SC @ 5%, SGST @ 9%, [protected]@9%

Why was I overcharged so many taxes? I asked the manager but he had no explanation and said the owners know it.

I want to know what are these extra taxes when GST has come up then why are they overcharging so many taxes?

I want the extra money deducted back asap.
