Berco's — complaint against contaminated food

We ordered one non veg talumein soup and one monchow veg soup from berco's rajouri garden branch. The soup was tasty as it was ordered from berco's and half of the soups were already finished when we found a cockroach cooked with other vegetables in soup. We thought for a second it is a small peace of dry mushroom but we examined it was a cockroach. The same moment we complained about the same at their rajouri branch and they sent their branch manager at our home. He was very apologetic and called this mistake absolutely negligence of their staff. The manager took the leftover soups along with cockroach just to show his team about their work done. He also promised to refund the amount we paid for the food we ordered but as far their is no action taken from their side.

This failure to take proper care of serving the customer is highly disappointing. This incident could have caused food poising also.
