I have taken Express Paint Service in April 2023, Due to some reasons work started on May 1st week 2023. While giving the quotation they said work will be completed in 1 month (30 Days) for a 2bhk Apartment. But for Completing 2 coatings of paint they have taken 2 Months. When I visit the location, very disappointed with Work & Finish.
- For the Living room, Master Bedroom, & Kitchen I have given one color and they painted another color (Given light shade color & they painted Dark Shade) After that contractor agreed to change color (I paid extra for that paint cost also), they painted other colors to cover up, Colors are ok but the finish was pathetic, some areas they painted with dust we can clearly see those bubbled type spots on the wall if any color combo on wall those border work was very bad (painted like kids),
- Some areas they have not even added putty also,
- Bathroom tiles, Sinks, and Taps were fully spoiled with paint drops,
- One of the sinks was cleaned, but it was cleaned with some metal instruments - full of scratches on the Chrome part,
- Stencil Work Pending on walls,
- In Some areas, the color was light in one sport and dark in one spot (I don't know the actual reason, but I feel that they have not painted a second coating in some areas).
- Touchups pending, switchboards were painted on corners (not cleaned them).
Current Situation: No one Responding even Contractor & Relationship Manager. No one will come to check the status of the contract from Berger. We have already moved to this apartment. Still pending in work, Paint Buckets were there in the Living hall. Experiencing worst time.
The main Problem with Berger Painting was they don't respond to our calls, Contractor & Relationship Manager. I created a support ticket for help, you will get a call back but they don't complete the work. I have given complaint on this numbers also +[protected], (Toll-Free didn't work on that day)
