I had requested a site visit from Berger paints for which I received a call from the customer care executive (Calcutta).
The person spoke in Hindi and kept on asking questions for which I had asked if he could speak in English.He asked me sarcastically why I didn't know the regional language Hindi and kept on insisting that i learn Hindi.This isn't the way a customer should be treated.Tge site visit request was from Chennai and obviously there should have been a person speaking in English or Tamil.but there was none.i had a very bad experience with Berger paints and would like to receive an apology call atleast
