Berger Paints — Delay in getting warranty Certificate

Address:DC-252, Street No.314, A.A.1D, Rajarhat Newtown, Kolkata-700156

We appointed Berger Paints India Ltd. to do the exterior repair and painting work for our 4 storied stand alone Building. The work was completed in the month of May and accordingly, we paid the contractual amount in full and also issued a completion certificate on our end.But your company's representative Mr.Anupam has not handed over the warranty certificate till date.He is misleading us all through.
