Berger Paints — exterior emulsion and cladding stone clear varnish

The painting of my house at perumbavoor was done by authorized applicator of berger named mr. Anishmon p. S. {pallathu house, elamakkara po., kaloor, cochin - 682 026. Kerala. India (Tel :[protected],[protected]}

We have noticed few major defects on the exterior walls about which information was given to berger representative shafeek and he had visited the site and observed the same on 1st april, 2019. The clear varnish applied on the cladding stone and the exterior emulsion had peeled off. Even after 23 days of site inspection, we have not still received any revert from shafeek on when your team would come for the rectification works. Please take up this matter urgently and do the needful without any further delays.
