Berger Paints — Roof painting

Respected sir/madam, with consultation with you through customer care/email/representative/master painter i have agreed to paint my roof to protect the roof from any type of damages . I was told that i have to spend 10 litres of premier paints and 66 litres of weather coat & seal to cover 1100 sq.Ft. Area on my roof. One mr. Utpal datta of durgapur. Introduced himself as an employee of berger paints and your master painter gave me the above estimate, but after completion of work it took 16 litres of premier paints and 90(app.) litres of weather coat & seal which was beyond my expectations. I have contacted with mr. Roy of durgapur but got no suitable reply for the same. Presently my question who will bear the extra cost? your dealer/agent at our place is pressing me hard to pay the same which is not possible for me . I am waiting for your reply/action on it within a short span of time otherwise i have to take the matter with the higher/other authority which may affect (?) good will of berger.
