Berger Paints — Water proofing service

As per the technician visit at site, who advice to use latex seal 2k as water proofing coat prior to fixing of tiles and apply epoxy tile grout after fixing of tiles. Accordingly latex seal 2k has been applied by berger paint. Post tiles fixing in bathroom when asked for application of epoxy tile grout, the berger paint is delaying the service on the ground that epoxy tile grout is not available with berger paint. They however not able to disclose when the material be available. Thus if they can't provide the material, the berger paint should ascertain that the warranty of latex seal 2k applied will remain valid if other than epoxy tile grout by berger is applied.
