Besant Technologies — Need Refund Due to irresponsible staff

I made my payment on 24 May 2025 Rs 20, 000 for the Data Science Master course in Porur. Mr. Ramkumar mentioned that batches would only start on Saturday, asking me to return next week. Throughout that week, no one reached out to me about the classes. On 31 May 2025, I sent Ramkumar a WhatsApp message asking for updates. I waited patiently for a response, but he did not reply at all. On the morning of 31 May 2024, I arrived at my office at 9.30 am. I called him to confirm the timing of my upcoming class, feeling rushed. He told me the class would start at noon and end at three. I was shocked because I had just reached my office in Adyar. My experience with Mr. Ramkumar has been disappointing due to scheduling issues that were not communicated clearly. I have sent an email regarding this but no response.
