I have contacted them for emebedded system training as advertised by them online for my son /i have paid rs 7000 3 weeks back and they promised me that they will start coaching i 1 week. The didnt start the coaching and one mr magesh is not even responding the phone call.
As per my experience these are very unqualified people and they dont even know to properly correspond in english. That is ok.
But no response even from one ms gokila who said she is gm
They are not at all proffessional and highly incompetent
Please help me in recovering my money from them

    My name is abhishek and i enrolled for google cloud platform training program in december month in hsr layout centre of theirs and this course duration was supposed to be 30-40 hrs.

    I attended 10 lectures during which also the lecturer used to not to come sometimes in between.

    From the end of the december the lecturer stopped taking classes and since then there has been no class at all.
    I even tried speaking to the lecturer multiple times but he never pickup the calls.

    Once he told that he is busy and will be sharing some online course to stude till the time is not taking any class but he did not share any study material also and even the staff of the center is also not responding to my messages.

    My concern is that i have paid 18000 rs for this course have not received classes properly because the lecturer does not come and neither reply.

    Even the staff is doing nothing.

    Request you to get my money refunded asap.

      Recently i wanted to learn some technology in besant technologies and they have pressured me to pay advance saying they will provide special discount and once after paying the money, they have completely neglected and did not even arrange demo classes for the courses. The worst thing is the behaviour of staff in besant. Such a vulgar and depraved staff i have ever seen. They cant even respond to calls and as today morning i have received a call from besant asking whether i would join the course for which i have asked them to provide demo session before 2 weeks in a very rude manner and they dont even communicate in polite manner. The worst thing is we people who have payed the money are responding in a polite way and staff are speaking in impolite manner showing the standards of the organisation. I want to make a serious note that if this is the way how this business works then its better to stop these training institites and start other ways of earning money.

        Hi all. Don't do trainer part time job in this besant technologies, anna nagar west, backside reliance, chennai. First they tell in interview your salary is 3.5k - 4.5k/month and course will complete within 30 to 40 days.

        After course completed or after 1 month they will tell
        1. 15 days only u took class and you finished your course quickly so take more days. After course completed
        2. Students are telling not understand any classes or not comes properly (Point: they will tell students was told after 1 month "i am not understand any class" any one will say like this)
        3. "2.5k is your salary" i didn't tell 3.5 to 4.5 like this.
        4. Etc.,

        Suppose u need to join in this company as a trainer:
        Do the following things for future:
        1. Ask to send joining confirmation mail. And
        2. Salary confirmation mail.

        I joined for Devops, the trainer is incapable and has little knowledge on linux and scripting, I raised a complaint in email to Velachery and did not get any response. The so called managers in T-Nagar branch have no knowledge about IT. The trainer is using the students AWS accounts to teach and also if agreed he is using students Azure account to teach other batches. Below is my email and with no response from so called General Manager (Kathrivel @ Velachery). Also below is the email from the trainer with his explanation.
        They are least bothered to even contact me, I payed 14, 000, so no response if they want to provide a different trainer or pay back my money or even give me a certificate of completion. Anyways, if I put the certificate in my resume, no one will shortlist my resume, knowing that I learned devops at Besant Technologies.

        The very reason I did not speak to them in person and emailed them, so that I can have a proof about the issue and non-response from them. From both the so called General Manager @ Besant Technologies Velachery and Trainer Zain. Below are the email contents.as it is.

        I asked for Besant Technologies course material for Devops and was sent
        white papers of IBM and Infy and other vendors.

        Does Besant Technologies have any course material of your own? What will I do with the white papers? I want course material which has installation, configuration, commands and other details.
        How is the trainer following in terms of what and how much to teach?

        1. I have nothing personal against the trainer(Zain) but the trainer
        himself almost every day says he does not know Linux. Devops is mostly for
        Linux and involves scripting, If the trainer does not know, what is he going to teach me? The total amount of time spent on actual training is hardly 5hours. it’s like I am there to assist the trainer and he is gaining knowledge. Did I pay 14, 000 for this?

        2. The trainer would say on completing Git, Yaml scripting, Ansible
        and Docker (but if checked with your own syllabus, the trainer did not cover
        70% of the concepts). Installation, configuration and simple example. Even the scripts he clearly informed he took help from others.

        3. The trainer used my AWS account to teach us all, which now cost me
        a bill of 10, 000 to be paid to amazon.

        4. The trainer also used my azure account to teach some other batch
        (this, he requested me, so I gave it to him, its actually my fault). Point is, it’s like I paid 14, 000 to facilitate Besant Technologies to train other students at my cost and not to learn.

        5. Even the ambiance @ T-Nagar branch is not professional, there is
        no board in the class and yesterday there were two different trainers
        training in same room.

        The time I wasted on this, if I had studied on my own at home, I can teach
        better than that.

        Please have this issue resolved. (There is no point talking to the guys in
        T-Nagar branch, so sending this email directly to you).

        He joined the class on first week of Feb, Now 11th of March. Am taking weekday classes. What are the class I taken everything its captured in room camera. If you any clarification you can recheck that camera videos. If have any issue then he can say after few classes, Now, This much days after he is telling, My seclude and my time also……. Who will bare this ……

        About Aws account amount. Not only him Am telling all student to create one student account and explain the class in their account. This happened after I taken the Sql service class. I told him after recheck delete that storage account. Otherwise it will cost more. That to its free account only. Nthg aws will not taken from his wallet.

        About Azure account. I said very humble if you agree then only create account for azure otherwise live it. He said no issue.

        I didn’t have any personal problem with Krishnan. I think someone is wrong feeding to him. He having professional experience. Where is wrong and write, he should think..

        I specifically told you to configure db with 1gb and you did it with 50gb so the cost went up. My account is for me to practice not for you to train others. You used my account for a week for the 2 girls to train. I only use Frankfurt site..when i check in night some servers still running in ohio site. Who is using it? I am not an idiot to keep it running and get bill of 10k
        Also its not ethically correct for you to ask me for azure account to train some other batch.

        For yaml as an example you did not even explain the structure on how to write the scripts. I have to ask everything and you are saying will do it in automation. Without completing basics. Even did not explain what is a comment line and what is a command line, i had to ask it. Dont say check in cctv. It does not record voice.

        I spent 14000 to learn atleast the basics from trainer else why will i join a institute. Your training is inadequate even to the basic level.. no more arguments on this.

        If you cant follow a structure in teaching and just finish of with introduction of a tool in 1hr, it is useless to me. I dont expext you to know everything but should teach atleast 25% of the tool, which is not happening.

            I am not a student of besant techonologies. I wanted to join your institute for digital marketing. I did my ground work thoroughly. I checked 1-by-1 all reviews posted in google.

            All reviews are 100% false. You are putting your own reviews. What you say besant technologies owner.

            Why are so many people doing so many courses and no course is related to the other. Same person doing training in bangalore & chennai.

            I noted 3 persons did interior decoration in same week. 2 people did neet training in madha academy. I challenge you today prove that i am wrong. I will withdraw this review immediately. I am posting this from the usa. I am coming to chennai in december 3rd week, before that put your proofs here.

            Why are so many people doing so many courses and no course is related to the other. Same person doing training in Bangalore & Chennai.

              1. Most of the reviews are posted by them by creating fake email id eg please check the photo which I have attached.
              2. I have joined in OMR Branch for SAP ABAP trainer is not having experience when I asked money back they cheated me. They said they will check velachery head office but dint returned back me the money. They want me to compensate fees for joining some other course.

              I recently enrolled for embedded systems course in besant technologies at velachery. The course was priced at rs. 17, 000. The instructor, though had some knowledge about the field, didn't have proper industry experience. He was himself a student at anna university and had a small startup company. He didn't prepare any study material to teach and used search engines to get example codes. Its not the problem of the instructor alone. I barely attended 10 days of class in total. After joining the course, besant technologies stopped informing me about the class schedules and i have to personally call the instructor to ask him if he is available. When i asked for my course completion certificate, i was informed that i will be getting a soft copy for the moment and i have to wait for 20 more days inorder to get the certificate. The course completion certificate soft copy felt really substandard which i attached along with this complaint (With my personal details removed). I am very dissatisfied with their quality of educational service and i feel that i have become a victim of their online trap especially with their seo optimizations and fake positive feedback reviews. If i had searched deeper, i would have not lost the money and could have used it to really enhance my skills.

                Worst institute (Rajajinagar branch). The management (Vignesh) is very rude and money minded. Starting all good after paying money shows 3rd class attitude. Lastly trainer rahul is one big chor dont trust the guy words
                Coming to training part is below average only basic concepts trainer (Rahul) will explain and gives other institute or online training website to refer for more details. Trainer has very less knowledge waste of money...

                Pl don`t think of joining this institute, really bad experience i had,
                They don`t have subject knowledge & no experience in field, just care about our fee, one we are paid they wont even bother to talk.
                Trainers are fresh, there are old student of besant technologies.
                My trainer, he doesn`t even know the basics of selenium, i got fed-up and discontinued.
                Better look for other institute, this is for your betterment.

                  One of the # fraudulent institute i ever came across, its total waste of money, time, travel traversed.. I would strongly recommend all of you not to even think of joining in here for selenium or any other courses. And another irritating factor is about the institute no facilities at all, congested, suffocated and unhygienic rest rooms. The amateur trainer prabhu just runs through the slides and videos never ever keep his hands on code, i still doubt if he really knows sth about selenium.

                    At the time of taking money of Rs.21500/- they said will provide best infrastructure and instructor for training, but found worst infrastructure, no proper room for sitting and worst instructor who has so far has given little training on AP module and for others like fixed module given book and for other modules like AR/Cash management/AR he told to learn yourself. Then what is use of joining the course.
                    For joining this course I have invested Rs-30000 on laptop, Rs 5000 on external hard disk all gone waste.
                    I feel cheated; hence I want my money back.

                        At the time of taking money of Rs. 21500 for oracle ERP training they promise that best trainer/training will be provided where as trainer has in 2 months time has given very poor lectures only on one modules that is AP module out of 5 modules

                        I joined for Devops, the trainer is incapable and has little knowledge on linux and scripting, I raised a complaint in email to Velachery and did not get any response. The so called managers in T-Nagar branch have no knowledge about IT. The trainer is using the students AWS accounts to teach and also if agreed he is using students Azure account to teach other batches. Below is my email and with no response from so called General Manager (Kathrivel @ Velachery). Also below is the email from the trainer with his explanation.
                        They are least bothered to even contact me, I payed 14, 000, so no response if they want to provide a different trainer or pay back my money or even give me a certificate of completion. Anyways, if I put the certificate in my resume, no one will shortlist my resume, knowing that I learned devops at Besant Technologies.

                        The very reason I did not speak to them in person and emailed them, so that I can have a proof about the issue and non-response from them. From both the so called General Manager @ Besant Technologies Velachery and Trainer Zain. Below are the email contents.as it is.

                        How is the trainer following in terms of what and how much to teach?

                        1. I have nothing personal against the trainer(Zain) but the trainer
                        himself almost every day says he does not know Linux. Devops is mostly for
                        Linux and involves scripting, If the trainer does not know, what is he going to teach me? The total amount of time spent on actual training is hardly 5hours. it’s like I am there to assist the trainer and he is gaining knowledge. Did I pay 14, 000 for this?

                        2. The trainer would say on completing Git, Yaml scripting, Ansible
                        and Docker (but if checked with your own syllabus, the trainer did not cover
                        70% of the concepts). Installation, configuration and simple example. Even the scripts he clearly informed he took help from others.

                        3. The trainer used my AWS account to teach us all, which now cost me
                        a bill of 10, 000 to be paid to amazon.

                        4. The trainer also used my azure account to teach some other batch
                        (this, he requested me, so I gave it to him, its actually my fault). Point is, it’s like I paid 14, 000 to facilitate Besant Technologies to train other students at my cost and not to learn.

                        5. Even the ambiance @ T-Nagar branch is not professional, there is
                        no board in the class and yesterday there were two different trainers
                        training in same room.

                        The time I wasted on this, if I had studied on my own at home, I can teach
                        better than that.

                        Please have this issue resolved. (There is no point talking to the guys in
                        T-Nagar branch, so sending this email directly to you).

                        He joined the class on first week of Feb, Now 11th of March. Am taking weekday classes. What are the class I taken everything its captured in room camera. If you any clarification you can recheck that camera videos. If have any issue then he can say after few classes, Now, This much days after he is telling, My seclude and my time also……. Who will bare this ……

                        About Aws account amount. Not only him Am telling all student to create one student account and explain the class in their account. This happened after I taken the Sql service class. I told him after recheck delete that storage account. Otherwise it will cost more. That to its free account only. Nthg aws will not taken from his wallet.

                        About Azure account. I said very humble if you agree then only create account for azure otherwise live it. He said no issue.

                        I didn’t have any personal problem with Krishnan. I think someone is wrong feeding to him. He having professional experience. Where is wrong and write, he should think..

                        I specifically told you to configure db with 1gb and you did it with 50gb so the cost went up. My account is for me to practice not for you to train others. You used my account for a week for the 2 girls to train. I only use Frankfurt site..when i check in night some servers still running in ohio site. Who is using it? I am not an ### to keep it running and get bill of 10k
                        Also its not ethically correct for you to ask me for azure account to train some other batch.

                        For yaml as an example you did not even explain the structure on how to write the scripts. I have to ask everything and you are saying will do it in automation. Without completing basics. Even did not explain what is a comment line and what is a command line, i had to ask it. Dont say check in cctv. It does not record voice.

                        I spent 14000 to learn atleast the basics from trainer else why will i join a institute. Your training is inadequate even to the basic level.. no more arguments on this.

                        If you cant follow a structure in teaching and just finish of with introduction of a tool in 1hr, it is useless to me. I dont expext you to know everything but should teach atleast 25% of the tool, which is not happening.

                          - Before joining any course, they will promise you. that they will provide best training, placement assistance, course materials, lab training etc - There only priority is to get as much as money from you. They are pricing more than any other training centres. - No Labs, you have to bring your own laptop. No course materials will be provided. - Worst class\infrastructure... middle of the class, guy will interrupt & inform some other class going to happen there so switch to another place... its really frustrating to move room every now and then. - Trainer will not be available regularly ... one month course will take you to two months...two months will take you till four months. - They have mentioned NO 1 institute in chennai, yet certified etc ... everything is fraud ... they write testimonials in there website as student testimonials. - Overall Rank 1.5 out of 5. - There are so many good training centres in chennai, so don't fall for Besant Technologies false reviews, false testimonials when you search on google.

                            Besant is a big time fraud institute. I have done QTP coUrse there. Intially They promised for practical and placementS but finally they didnt do anythg. training and knowledge transfered is too worst we can get better knowkedge if We study in internet instead going into the class. Their certificate is Not at all worth they wont provide on Proper time also. WOrst infrastructure worst trainers.plz don do any testing course there....
