[Resolved]  Bescom — high bill amount

every year i pay my bill through sbi online auto payment. however last month due date april 2014 bill amount was approximately Rs. 1400 was not auto paid. and suddenly this month bill has come to Rs. 3114. every month my bill amount ranges from 1400 to1500 and we have'nt used any extra appliances have been used. please look into this matter and let me know why the bill amount has come almost double of it. thanking you, Dr. K.
