Bescom — residential area connected to commercial line for changing the line 2 time letter given and 1800+ complaints launched | |||
This is rajendra l, i am from 4th a cross, 17th e main, khb colony, koramangala 5th block, bangalore 560095. Our residential area connected to commercial line for changing the line 2 time letter given to subdivision and 1800+ compliantes launched with bescom in past 7 years but till today no action taken and when ever i ask about the past compliantes no response from them. Ours is 4th a cross behind to us 4th b to 4th h roads we hardly see power outage for about 3 to 5 times in a year but we experience the outage everyday minimum 8 hours to 15 hours and even after explain situation to them no concern to subdivision staff. My question is when the mistake is from electricity board who has given wrong connection and making us to struggle like hell and after many compliments and we went to begging situation some times due to unable to see the infant children situation entire nights and also we were spent so many sleepless nights since last 10 years use to skip breakfast and lunch due to last night power outage and having food will lead to sleep in the work environment. At the time i am writing this compliant as on 15th feb 2020 @ 11:46 pm where we have power outage since 7pm and no guarantee of power restore for entire night and today also sleepless night for all the people's in this street. Though EB paid for Feb 2020, Power was disconnected on 15 Mar 2020. Please investigate the same and rectify the mistake.
