Best Bus, Mumbai — Reimbursement of fine wrongly charged

Complaint against the bus inspectors for extortion in the name giving ticket, and reimbursement of the fine wrongly charged by the best inspectors in bus no 14 at pratiksha nagar, sion mumbai 400 022 on june 12, at 5.15 pm.

Sir,

I am a senior citizen and journalist by profession. I had bought ticket of rs 20 at about 1 pm and had boarded the bus no.14, on 12thjune 2017 from the cst opposite kila court. At 4.10 pm.
The bus conductor had checked the ticket and i told him i will have to buy the ticket just before 5 pm.
Hence, while the bus no 14 reached at kem the time was 4. 59pm and conductor was still busy. With bus passengers and meanwhile the bus reached at the destination of wadala bridge at 5.10 pm. The two inspectors without their formal dress boarded the same bus in to check the tickets.
Meanwhile most passengers had gotten off the bus and i asked the conductor for the ticket for further distance after 5 pm. The inspectors alleged that i was buying the ticket as i have seen them!. I told them this is not correct. The conductor had not even checked my ticket when he had come to see my ticket yet i am buying ticket from kem parel. But the inspectors insisted that i pay fine instead.
I feel they were targeting me to extort some money somehow. I also told him since my destination is pratiksha nagar's last bus stop and i can still buy the ticket before my destination arrives. But the conductor was busy so i thought when he comes close i can buy the ticket.

Meanwhile the inspectors started shouting and insisted that i pay them rs 110/ amd that i purposely did not buy the ticket. And that i was supposed to pay fine...
I told him i am not getting off at the last bus stop and there is no question that i will not buy the ticket. Meanwhile he used harsh words to malign my image in the public. He insulted me saying that i would have not bought the ticket implicating that i would have travelled free. Meaning had they not got into the bus i would have not have bought the ticket. And hence i was supposed to pay the fine. This was subjunctive and i gave them rs 100 for the ticket. But instead of giving me ticket he took the fine and said i am taking only rs88 thought the fine amounts to rs 110. I did not understand this logic. If he is taking fine then why less and if he is not giving the ticket before my destination they why is he not giving it.?
I felt cheated and they gave receipt after insulting me, taking the fine and feeling victorious. I went to wadala truck terminal police station to lodge a complaint. But they told me to lodge this complaint to the best authorities and give them the copy of it.
I asled them their names and batch nos but they said that this receipt contains all. They would not give me anything.
I had already explained to them intention to buy the ticket after 5 was told to conductor and i have not got off the bus. But the best inspectors insisted that i pay fine and started shouting.
I say i was wrongly charged fine as had given money for the ticket.
First he said it is rs 110 and then he said it is more and when i gave rs 100 he deducted rs 88, the ticket costs only rs 23 from cst to pratiksha nagar.
I think i am wrongly charged fine and outraged woman's modesty and over and above they had the audacity to say i was senior so they were treating me this way!
They insulted me despite i was ready to buy the ticket.
I should be reimbursed my fine.
