Hello Sir,
This mail is to highlight the rude behaviour of bestech staff at sector 44 Gurgaon office.
Today I visited bestech office regarding some doubts/Clarifications in conveyance deed document. I was introduced to Mr. Kamal Kishore by Mr. Pratap.
Since the beginning of our conversation, Mr. Kamal used high pitch in his tone or he was louder than normal voice. Some extracts of our conversation is below:
1. I asked Mr. Kamal about VAT point mentioned in the document, his reply was "have you ever seen any agreement favoring both parties. There are always one sided agreement and we will not change/add a single word in the document, do whatever you can do. We don't bother whether you do your registry of your flat or not"
2. I said your attitude is not good sir but he replies "bestech never sold this flat to you, you came to our office for transfer because it was a resale case so we don't treat you like we treat our fresh clients"
3. I simply asked Mr. Kamal that if you are adding a point on VAT that on additional demand by govt. then vendee has to pay so on the same terms why don't you put point on refunding VAT if govt. refunds? He replies "we have put point for additional demand because we want to secure ourselves and we will not include point for refund because we don't care about clients since its one sided agreement so bestech will decide which point to include or exclude"
4.I said how can I go for registry if I don't agree on some points. He replies " its your choice to do registry or not but we will do registry only on our format. We don't listen to our client's suggestions "
These were merely some snapshots of our conversation but he was literally shouting on me during whole conversation.
I want to ask you now that don't bestech consider resale clients same as fresh clients? In the end I also paid a big amount to bestech for transfer.
Is this way Bestech treats client after property is sold?
There could be better way to address my doubts in registry document but Mr. Kamal took the aggression path and never showed good behaviour.
Why bestech doesn't clear its stand on VAT point if govt is giving option to opt for 1℅ scheme? If this can give benefits to client then why bestech is reluctant to do so?
Why bestech is doing registry on one sided agreement?
Why they don't want to put VAT refund point into document?
Why staff people always threaten clients about legal proceedings?
Sir, my request to you that please take action against bestech so that bestech doesn't do registration of properties on their own format.

Hi, Yesterday I visited the Bestech office to collect the registry papers of my unit and my experience was pathetic. There was a guy Santosh and he was behaving as if the customers are their servant with no self respect and they can take leverage to use any foul language against them.
