I have made the order on 8 April, 2017 and got the confirmation mail from bestpriceshop.co.in that your product will be delivered in 2 weeks. But till now there status update. I paid 300 because they are asking it through Paytm payment gateway and I trusted Paytm.

Please help me in getting my money back and take legal action against them. As they have also used metro station for advertising.

I ordered 55 ltr. Luggage trolley and paid 299 via paytm gateway using debit card expected delivery was upto 21 april 2017 but i didn't got my product.
Please work on it and let see whether it is some kind of fraud so as to avoid other kind of same fraud as website is still working.
