Bestpriceshop.co.in — Product not delivered and no refund

I have made the order on 5 April and got the confirmation mail from bestpriceshop.co.in that your product will be delivered in 2 weeks. But till now there status update. I paid 300 because they are asking it through Paytm payment gateway and I trusted Paytm.

Please help me in getting my money back and take legal action against them. As they have also used metro station for advertising.
